Got it in October 2020 and it's still running strong without any maintenance. Built like a tank and Rogue sells almost all parts that need maintenance separately on their website, so it's easy to do upkeep. Great for warm up / cool down / intensive 10min Intervalls But I've also used it for LISS stuff you just need to pace yourself, but a normal bike is more "fun" for that. And if you ever want to feel like death I challenge anyone to do the 50cal challenge in under a minute

Simple bench that does what it's supposed to do. Best used on rubber flooring as it does slide on concrete or wooden ground. Pad is not the highest quality but this is the budget option. Might be slightly instable due to narrow feet width. It is nice and light weight but will hold most heavy benchpressers in a pinch.

First off, I have never used any other belt Squat machine so my experience might be something you experience with others as well. I do not like the belt squat, at least not for squats. Out of the Box the ROM without the additional blocks is way to short, barely a half squat at most. The Belt just sits weird and irritates my thighs if you add some actual weight with skin on belt rubbing. The resistance curve only using weight plates is weird with being super hard at the bottom and then being way to easy past the sticking point. Using a better belt or jerry rigging the existing one, adding thick rubber mats, and using resistance bands (it has pegs extra for that) reduces those issues, but still makes me not use this machine often in my training. The build quality is top notch though, nothing to complain here. And you can do RDLs or rows with other grips which is nice. The Price was quite high but still lower than other comparable ones so still 4 stars there.

We got ours 5 years ago and it still holds up great, even if it feels a bit iffy at times when you load a real heavy leg press at times. Ours is under a different brand name, but it is an identical model to the Force USA one. Main difference is that the weight sleeves for the 50mm is cheap plastic, tho it's not that much of a downside, since it's easy on the plates. The platforms are a good size, but we always felt to be slightly constrained, so we had a friend build us two wooden slip-on platforms. It adds a little bit more freedom to choose your stance, of course setup takes a bit longer between hack squat and leg press mode. Leg press function is perfect and the different angles for your feet position are nice if you don't wear lifters. Hack squat works well and the padding is fine, but noting special. My only gripe for the hack squat function is that the ROM is really short. We always need to remove the safety and add 2 Yoga blocks on the shoulders to really get a nice below parallel squat on it. Being able to add resistance bands is a god send, which gives you that nice continuous resistance curve Also, there is a Calf attachment if you want to do calves in the hack squat setup. The large pads allow you to also do good mornings or those gnarly Platz sissy squats. The sled by itself gives you about 40kg/88lb base resistance (measured it with a crane scale and a rope)

At the time the only good Combo Rack available here without breaking the bank on an Eleiko Combo Rack. As others said the bad is thin and slippery, but we added the Bench Cover. Adding a slight bit more padding but most importantly adding a ton of grip. We also use the same power bar in this rack at all times as the roller are steel, and we only want one bar having its knurl ruined. Other than that it does its job, feels stable, dimensions and adjustability is on point and can not bench heavy in any other rack in our gym.

My favorite of the 3 types of powerbars we have. The knurl never falters and is the right grippiness without tearing up your hands or back. For the price you get a lot of barbell that is worth it. Maintenance is low and cleanup fast when you chalk up.

We got this bar as our 4th Powerbar for the gym. I was intrigued about the tighter tolerances on the sleeves and the do not disappoint. It is noticeable quieter on deadlifts, and the extra aggro knurling makes this my goto deadlift bar after the stainless one. the black sleeves still look pretty good even after heavy use. I wouldn't recommend it on bare skin for squats or when benching, as the knurling will scratch the hell out of you (unless that is your thing). Price is up there and I wouldn't buy this as my first bar for a gym. I also don't really see it to be used on olympic lifts with the aggressiveness of the knurl.

Bought this bar for my Partner as they didn't like the aggressiveness of powerbars. The bare passive middle knurling makes it great to stick a bit more than other bars with a normal coating without digging in. The quality is top-notch, as years of use still has it looking almost as new, even the sleeves. Only real downside is the price.
