The old workhorse axle - cheap, light, can take a beating, simple, and useful. I use it every week. Where's the center? Who knows, but you'll find it...
I still use this small footprint rack in my garage gym, and have squatted heavily in it without issue. There are still quite a few attachments available from Titan even though they have moved on to the T-3 racks. I have spotter arms, monolift arms, and other attachments for it.
These are the workhorse plates in my garage gym. Readily available in the vintage market for a good price. They are not as accurate as York milled though, buyer beware. That being said, they are a great entry point into the vintage plate market.
These are my favorite Made in the USA deep dish plates - manufactured right here in Cadillac, Michigan. Beautiful, well machined, thin at points due to depth. Some will prefer Strength Co. but I like these.
This is my favorite deadlift bar and the one I grab on DL day. Obviously, the other great bar is the TPB deadlift bar, so you have a choice to make. Or not - buy both! That being said, nice knurling and a bit short. I bought this one because it is shorter than the TPB and fits best in my garage lifts so I made my choice based on the size of my space.
