I use this every week in training for glute and hams and for abdominal work. It is solid, affordable, and easy to move around with the wheels on the end. Recommended.

Works well. I use two of them on my Titan Fitness T-2 power rack - one down low and one in middle of the rack for Viking Press. They do the job.

"Non S-tier" vintage plates that are very cool if you get the ones that were made in Canada. I am fortunate to own a pair that once belonged to Fred Hatfield, Dr. Squat.

I love this plate loaded dip machine. It can hold a lot of weight, takes a beating, and keeps on training. I use it on press days for accessory work to improve my tricep and overhead power. Recommended and surprisingly affordable.

These are some of my favorite "not S-tier" deep dish plates. Classic design, tri-spoke and affordable compared to the vintage Yorks. I use them every training day.

I like the idea of it. They don't feel like a stone to me, but training with it will make you very strong nonetheless. Recommended.

Exceptional bags, seal well, and are tough, tough, tough. I beat em up ever week and they keep coming back for more. These will humble you and make you REAL strong.

This has been a great, budget lat pulldown that is surprisingly challenging. Takes a beating and keeps on working. Recommended.
