I love this implement. It is useful for lots of different training, including deadlifts, farmer's carries, shrug work, and more. I use it more than I expected to and am glad I bought it. Very easy to load and unload.

Excellent for what they are - training tools for the legendary Dinnie Stones. I love these and bring them out from time to time and train. New time you have a holiday get together, call the gang outside and have a little grip strength competition.

Amazing bar. The days of the cheapo axle bar are over now that this bad boy is on the market. That being said, don't expect to see it in competition much due to the price. I use mine a lot around comp event training since I know I am more likely to see Titan axles, etc. Nonetheless, if you get your hands on a TPB Axle, you will know there is a better world, somewhere, out there...

I was thankful to add this selectorized leg extension and leg curl machine to my gym. It is well-built, beefy even, but with a small footprint perfect for a home gym where space is a premium. I’m 6’1”, 330 pounds and I fit just fine with room to spare. Also, it was not difficult to put together. It moves smoothly and feels very commercial grade. Weight stack goes to 250, which seems fine for accessory work, though a bit more would be useful from time to time. I have not regretted the expense. Pretty amazing piece to have in my garage gym, to be honest.

Would not use for box jumps but weirdly it does fine for box squats. What is this voodoo weirdness? When not using it for box squats, it supports my vice gripper in its little corner.

It gets the job done. Is it slick? Yes, wear a grip shirt. Can you load it past about 300? Maybe. Maybe not (be creative). But, affordable yes and solidly built, yes. You could do worse.

I debated for some time whether to buy this or the Thomas Inch replica from Slater. Both are awesome. But...if you don't think you are ready to one-hand the 172 pounder, and you need to progressive overload your way to the big lift, this is your tool. It is not cheap, but cheaper than the Thomas Inch replica. I load mine with York milled 25s, old school vintage collars, and chew some Beverly International beef liver tablets while training with it. I can almost sense the ghost of Thomas Inch nodding approvingly. It is awesome.

These are my favorite throwing bags for strongman. When I see them in competition, I know it's going to be a good day. I have various sizes of these and usually load them with pea pebble rather than sand (don't come at me). I use my Titan Fitness yoke with 4-inch PVC (see photo) for a throw bar. Works great. Neighbors see this in the front yard and know it's go time.
