I often train alone and needed a solution where I could press heavily without a spotter: enter the Smith machine. The Titan Fitness model is a good bargain, well-built, and gets the job done. It has the 15 degree lean and is useful for overhead, flat, and incline pressing. I also use it for rows, J-presses, and other accessory exercises. It also include pegs for weight storage and has a pull-up bar, which is helpful.

I love this Atlas loading platform, another tank of a product from MBPC. I use it with my MBPC Stone of Steel as an efficient, space saving way of training stones in my garage gym. The platform has adjustable height and it very study and holds up well when placing sandbags, SOS, and other implements. Comes with a pad for the top. Highly recommended if you need a loading platform.

This thing is built like a tank. I love using it to keep my back healthy. I know it has a reputation for being the ultimate drink spotter, but it can be so much more if it used regularly. I purchased this one rather than the Rogue donkey because the footprint was smaller and fit in my garage gym.

I love the Stone of Steel for my garage gym. In a space of 388 square feet, this is a lifesaver because it would be impossible to keep multiple stones in the Iron Chaplain Gym. Instead, with the plate loaded SOS and the MBPC Loading Platform, you have all you need for strongman training. I love the plate loading feature and have not had the issues some mention in getting the hemispheres together and apart. I also find that training on the SOS is harder than normal stones, so come competition day, you will be strong, strong, strong. I do not use tacky towels with mine, just chalk, for an added challenge. It is the GOAT of plate loaded atlas training tools.
