My primary flat bench, however I upgraded to the Thompson fat pad (great choice). Could benefit from having wheels as it’s not super light with the fat pad. I believe newer versions do have wheel capability now. Nonetheless I’ve had the bench for years and shows no signs of slowing down.

One of the better Amazon buys that unlock better movement patterns when using with a functional trainer or single stack/Voltra. You can get really creative with these, and while not overly premium the quality is good and should last.

I don’t perform traditional deadlift much anymore, but this is nice to have when I do. If I were still powerlifting I would want a full jack, but for my limited use application it gets the job done.

Very nice urethane dumbbells, but as others have said these are not particularly special. Made in China but the quality is good. Grips are adequate and do not tear up your hands. A couple of mine have oil type stains on the head, but that does not affect function. Biggest pro on these if you’re looking for something similar is price. I really like them, but I might shop around if I was buying again and consider the more premium steel options from Intek and Watson.

A great trap bar with some limitations…the first being the stock handle knurling is incredibly passive. I upgraded to bare steel almost immediately. I own the V1 of this bar as well, which has just a single handle option, while V2 has a high and low handle. The bar itself looks good, nice sleeves that are somewhat low profile and quieter than most. I like the “space gray” color. It weighs 55lbs which is also nice being that it’s not overly heavy or some weird odd number. The price tag is ridiculous, however, and when you upgrade the handles it gets even worse. If I could choose again I would probably get the Prime even though it’s not perfect either.

I was very skeptical of the Voltra for quite some time. After owning it for nearly a year now, I can say without a doubt that it’s one of the coolest and most functional pieces of gym equipment I’ve ever used. If you’re someone with very limited space I think the Voltra should be tops of your list. The build quality, while not very aesthetic, is quite good and it does seem very durable. Time will tell just how long these last (and they will fail or need replacement parts) but for now I’ve had no issues whatsoever. The ability to move and mount this wherever I please is very satisfying and the ever updating software is always improving. I find I use the Voltra much more than my single stack. The resistance definitely feels different than a traditional cable, but is super smooth and enjoyable in use. The varying resistance modes also unlock the ability to do things that a traditional stack could never do. The price is high, but for what it can do I don’t think it misses the mark by much. Will be interesting to see how this evolves within the gym community.

Excellent piece and is in my opinion the best bike on the market. I use it primarily for low/moderate intensity sessions, but it’s great for high intensity sprints as well. Had an echo bike before this and sold it because I hated trying to do steady state cardio sessions on it. Concept 2 makes great equipment and this is built to last. You can’t go wrong.

I picked up three 5 pound adder weights to use with my prime single stack, and they fit/function perfectly. Price was reasonable and quick shipping. Am perfectly happy with them and these guys seem to do great work.
