This is a proven barbell. This was may daily driver for a long time until the Texas 29mm Power Bar came out. The knurling is grippy, but I would not call it aggressive. My bar has not oxidized or rusted in the 7 years of being in my basement and used weekly.

This keeps my dumbbells off the floor. I use it to hold my powerblocks that go up to 90 lbs. As others have stated, when trying to use power blocks it’s hard to select any weight over 70 lbs. due to the stand having a lip that won’t allow you to select the lower settings. One work around is cutting some sections of horse stall mat out as a liner for the stand that will raise the height and fix that issue. Overall it’s very sturdy and does its job. Unfortunately it takes some ingenuity to make it a better product or I would have given a better rating.

This holds your barbells. It’s pretty much a decent copy of some other brands. Value wise, when I got this item it was the cheapest option. One complaint I have is that occasionally the plastic protective liners in the holes tend to come out when pulling a barbell out. No biggie but something to note.

This is a decent axle for the price, overall an excellent value. It is great that it can utilize normal collars also. The coating on mine isn’t the best compared to some other brands and has began chipping overtime just with sliding plates off and on.

I was gifted this from fellow supporting member and friend Big Robo. At first I was a bit overwhelmed by the data and how to use VBT alongside my programming through jugg AI. I primarily use it to gauge RPE. Build quality is very good. It’s a piece of electronic equipment but does not seem fragile. The magnets work well with all my barbells and specialty bars. One knock on performance is setup time compared to some other options. Some days it can be a bit annoying setting up the mat and getting app opened up and Bluetooth setup just for your top movement of the day. That really is a minor gripe. Once you build a library of your lifts it is really cool to be able to look back and see all the data it measures. I do remember Robo saying it did not work with his TSS power bar.

Overall, this is a really cool attachment. I really like using it for cable bicep curls and tricep push downs. It really works the forearms while performing the movements. I do knock it a bit for the paint coating. It’s held up great, just still smells like spray paint almost a year into owning it. I would still recommend to anyone, high build quality otherwise. As far as performance goes, for me it does two things. But it does them well.

These are super cool. Marcus, the owner really helped me design them and is a super awesome person. He also makes these works of art and sells them at very fair prices. Cool way to add some personality to your gym.
