These are my favorite plates I’ve ever owned. For iron pound plates, they have tight tolerance on the barbell sleeve. The E coat has held up great over the past couple years and the finish still looks great. These plates were weighed when I first got them and are all very close to stated weight, which is not the norm with iron plates in general. They are well worth the price tag. They are also fairly thin by plate standards. Overall, a great product.

Definitely a decent Buffalo style camber bar. Knurl feels grippy but not crazy aggressive. The coating has held up well over the 4 years or so of ownership. This bar serves its purpose. It’s not as high of quality as the Kabuki Duffalo bar or even the Rogue version but it gets the job done.

EliteFTS is known for some serious high quality equipment. This piece is manufactured by Williams Strength. I’m a pretty big guy around 6’3” and 275 lbs. and I can fit well in this machine. The pads are super long and the rollers feel good. Can add bands also for some different resistance. Only knock for value is the fact that it can usually be purchased a bit cheaper through Williams. Either company you purchase from it will not be a cheap machine after the freight delivery. I scooped this up second hand and love using it.

Best brush out there for your shafts

Very cool attachment. I use it for unilateral deadlifts with a loading pin and for cable tricep push downs. Definitely great build quality. I won this in a giveaway, but would recommend buying it to anyone.

Very well made adjustable bench. Very solid and have never had an issue out of it. That being said it may be the worst feeling pad in the game. No “sink” feeling when you set your back and shoulders into the pad. I will say the pad is very durable and easy to clean.

It’s a chalk bowl. Holds chalk well and has wheels to move around the gym. Seems to be almost an exact copy of the rogue. It’s solid, but as far as value goes it’s unnecessary and does the same job a 5 gallon bucket would do.

These are great dumbbells. They are well built and go up to 90 lbs- made in USA. Not as quick to change as something like Nuobell or Reppins but these are a work horse that get the job done.
