This is a nice tool to add to the arsenal.it makes my elbows and wrists feel much better with tricep and bicep focused movements . But it does have its flaws though. The padding sucks and it does need some knurling which I’m assuming if it did have higher quality parts it would cost much more. Luckily I bought it used which the previous owner added the swivel shackle to it. I 3d printed some knurled handle covers recently and it feels so much better. And I’m going to replace the padding soon. They do sell replacement padding on their Etsy page for 15$ but I may just opt for pool noodles to add some personalization to it. Over all I still thinks it’s nice to have as another of my million cable attachments that I can use.

Great Quality, knurling is not overly aggressive. Being a home gym guy, I have never used anything of good qualit. I’ve used a cheap cap barbell for most my life. Until I started deadlifting. I learned pretty quickly that I needed something better and that I should have invested early. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Haven’t really used any others just because I only workout at home. They held up nice for the past 6-7 years. I’m happy with them.

This thing is awesome . I bought this second hand . I use this seat almost every day and works great for movements not related to Lat pulldowns .

Quality is good and based on a lot of great reviews I Bought it to add some more squat variety. Honestly I’m not sure if it’s all safety squat bars in genral but this adds way more stress to my knees than I expected. Recently went to rogue headquarters a few weeks ago and played with the marrs bar and the kabuki transformer bar they felt so much better and the movement felt more comfortable. It’s been sitting in a corner in my garage , might be time to move on the something else.

These would be great if….. I’m finding a lot of great things about lever arms but the things I want to set up are a huge pain. I left these on separate uprights to make it more desirable to set up. They are heavy awkward and actually started to scratch the paint off my uprights. I’ve waited months for the vendetta trolleys to be become available. I just find myself wanted to just move on to something better, I just gave up and took them off and got rogue trolleys and now I’m waiting on my vendetta adaptors . Currently for sale on fb mkt place. Luckily I bought these second hand I’m not losing too much on these.

I wanted a rack / cable system combo, I looked at rep first, and I couldn’t spend that kind of money right now. So I opted for the Dane. I chose the Dane 1.0 strictly on the discount since fringe was trying get rid of them. Quality is good cables are good I like the 1:1 ratio but now that I’ve used the rack for about 10 months, one thing I wish I could do is move the stacks to the back like the rep Athena to do more with the rack and utilize the inside. Having stacks in the middle renders the middle of the rack useless. And limits you to use the front only, none of this is actually negative this is a solid rack but based on preference these are things that limited what I like to do. But the rack as a whole is great especially for the cost.
