These are a big upgrade over the 1.0. The added polymer protects the j-cups. The liner on my 1.0 wore and cracked. This liner is much more durable. In general, they are great. Also, the staggering of the side support allows you to add a wedge to support a duffalo style bar like in this picture.

I have two styles of homemade plyo boxes. The traditional rectangle, and a more pyramid style with a stall mat top. I do prefer the pyramid style, as they are more stable, especially outside on uneven surfaces, and are more forgiving if you miss. Both styles are excellent though.

Very lightweight and fairly unstable bench. Upholstery is slippery, and even with thread locker and tightening the bolts as much as I can, it still wobbles like it’s loose. I store it in my ceiling joists for when I need a second bench.

I added a layer of UHMW on the shaft for a tighter fit on my flip down safeties. After that, this thing is great. Huge upgrade over using a bench.

The weights are inaccurate, the hub is too big, 45lb plates are way too small in diameter and they chip. That being said, I used these exclusively for years because they’re inexpensive. I still keep them around to load my sled and yoke

I got just a pair of 10s for working with kids. Even with the small hub, these have stood up to some serious beating. They have good tolerances for the price too

In general, these are unstable and can be unsafe. I used them for years. I keep them around for when I’m using shorter bars when training kids, but only with very close supervision.

I was lucky enough to pick this up when it first came out. It’s a rock solid sled for the price. It’s great to push, not horrible to store, and it has a lot of add ons. The plastic skis are durable and quiet.
