This was an old ashtray made out of a training bomb. It works great as my chalk bowl and tends to get some comments

My gym at work has this and it is universally hated. The angle of the foot rests is odd, and it’s no better than the cheaper commercial unit that it replaced.

The did not have these available for the PR-1100 V1 that I really needed them for. I applied a lil love with a heat gun and glued them into place and they worked great. An excellent addition if your J-cups are junk

The bar that got away. I was silly and replaced mine with a POS open trap bar. Knurling is sharp, which I like. Bar is solid and doesn’t flex. Sleeves don’t rotate, which I don’t care about. All the trap bar I’d ever need.

I purchased these while rehabbing my son’s partial labrum tear. The durability and quality of these bands is awesome. They are a great, compact tool that he can carry right in his kit bag for warm ups. They have nice even stretch throughout the movement, and the fabric sleeve is nice to protect the user if the band ever does fray and break.

It doesn’t get better than this. Odd shapes, awkward loading, pulling over to pick up random rocks. This is the way.

I had a shoulder impingement that I couldn’t shake, even with PT. The bowtie helped a lot. The tension on the shoulder during warmups, and the cue to retract the shoulders were both very helpful. It’s helpful to add a cord to the back handle to pull it down into place for better tension.

This bag is expensive, but as a grab-and-go ruck it’s excellent. I throw it on to walk the dog all the time, and go for longer rucks pretty often. It’s durable and comfortable. Pro tip: if you use cheaper Yes4All plates in the ruck, cut a slice in a pool noodle and slide that on the edge of the plate to disperse the weight.
