Humbling. Not super big into grip training but grip training in very fun. I'm a believer in "deadlifts train everything" including grip so if I can rip a bunch of weight off the floor, my grip must be good. Hard nope. And these grip trainers proved that my grip can use a lot of work. I have some of the lighter ones at work so in between tasks, I'm squeezing me a few Captains of Crush sets. I keep the heavier trainers in the gym. The knurling is amazing and the build quality is perfect.

This is a no frills, non-fancy, straight to the point attachment. Surprisingly excellent quality from Titan and gets the job done. I use this attachment pretty much weekly and it has held up quite nicely

I may be of the minority opinion that believes that this piece is actually amazing. I don't have low ceilings nor do I gravitate towards strongman type of movements but to mix things up and to have options in accessory movements, I for sure use this attachment. The only thing that I get out of this attachment is just having the option of it.

If you're looking for a cheaper SSB and decide to go with this one, you'll need to order SSB pad replacements since the pad that comes with this bar is less of a pad and more of a suggestion. Also, if you're working off of a Rogue rack, you'll need to get the 1 inch sandwich JCUPS since they will rub, pretty horribly, against the standard JCUPS that come with your Rogue rack. Other than that, this SSB has been great. The handles are not removable so you won't be able to use it for other movements like a JM Press but as a no frills SSB, this bar serves its intended purpose.

Like with most things Rogue, these are well build, fit tight, and the UHMW sammich won't mar your rack up. If you have a Monster Lite rack and have an SSB, these are definitely needed since the standard J-Cups that the Monster Lite rack comes with will be too wide which will scar your bar up pretty good. I've had these for a while and they look and perform just as good as the day that they were first used.

The only reason why I got bumpers was because I got them before I installed my Horse Stall Mats. Thinking that my garbage deadlift would damage my foundation, I figured I'd grab a set of bumpers from a local shop. That local shop stocked a gazillion of these so I picked up a set and went to work. They work as intended but after lifting at a buddy's gym that had Rogue bumpers, I started to understand that there are levels to the bumper game and these Apollos were way inferior. I was a novice to the bumper game, and still am, as I've been a loyal iron boy since I first started lifting. They do retail pretty cheap so they're a good starter set but if I knew what I know now, I wouldn't even bother with these bumpers and if I really wanted a set, I would've gone with a more reputable company. The build quality is okay but the lack of branding on them make them great in my opinion. I guess weight is weight and I am reaching to find something negative to say about these but I for the life of me, I can't really complain too much since the stated weight is insanely close to the actual weight.

Jeeze, I love these guys. I have a pair of 3, 5, and 8 pounds and they've been great. However, after weighing them, my goodness, are they all over the place. One of my 3 pounders is actually 2 and three quarter pounds while the other is 3 and a quarter pounds. My 5's are surprising accurate while my one of my 8 pounders is 7 and three quarters while the other is 8 and one quarter. The build quality is garbage but I do love a good bun dumbbell. I don't use them for anything other than the fact that they look great. The set that I own have zero rust, zero damage, and probably look as good as the day that they were cast. I'm not entirely sure of the historical significance of these guys but there's something about a bun shape dumbbell that hits all the right notes when waxing nostalgia.

These chains are great. These have helped me break plateaus and adds variation in the big three lifts. Also, I've used these for accessories. Make sure to add lay chains to set up chain work appropriately. They also sound really cool which makes my neighbors a bit envious or annoyed or both. I highly recommend getting chains to add variety to your lifts but make sure you're appropriately set up by using lay chains which you can pick up at Tractor Supply.
