Stable enough and is lightweight and has been holding up fine. It doesn't roll easily when doing Bulgarians so my ankles get red and irritated. Haven't done anything else with it

There are a few cons to this machine that would probably be deal breakers for most people but the fact that it folds in half and I can store it upright and it takes up no space is huge. 1st con is that there is no footplate, your foot isn't pressed up against anything, so it feels a little awkward. 2nd con is that the pad is on piece, no split in the middle for comfort. 3rd con is that it sits low so using it with a cable/handle or dumbbell or barbell limits the ROM. It can be remedied by holding the dumbbell or handle closer to your chest but that can get tiring. If you have space, I wouldn't recommend it, but since I can store it without it taking up floorspace and the machine works as intended, I'm not getting rid of it until I get a bigger space.

I found this on marketplace and replaced my cheap Titan barbell. The knurling on is on the medium side and the red on the finger placement is a nice touch. The collars on it are tiny and I find myself hitting the plates on the side of my rack every now and then which is annoying so I added a barbell collar on the bar to push the plates out a little bit. Overall, a good all-around bar.

Bought this during 2020 and knew nothing about power racks. It's been almost 6 years and its help up great, scuffs here and there. The lat pulldown/low row makes this rack much better and paired with the flipdown safety and leg rollers, you can lock yourself in when doing lat pull downs. I wish they made a footplate for the low row. The hole spacing is meh, they should have just went with 2 inches instead of 3.

Probably my favorite specially bar. I am a low bar squatter and this bar feels great. I can Hatfields easily and good mornings feel effortless. Got it used but otherwise it's an expensive barbell. Storing it is a pain though because of the weight and size.

I have the aluminum version and it's lightweight. Having 3 different options for 1 handle is a game changer. Since the attachment point is close to the handles, I get a full stretch while using it for lat pulldowns

Heavy piece, works like it should. 4 height settings. I have mine on a dolly to move around easier
