I initially bought the 85lb Rep x Pepin set. I rarely get above 85lbs on dumbbells, but the extra 20lbs cover me all the way…at least for now. It seems sick to get the 125lb dumbbells, but honestly the 105lb set is plenty. It’s definitely the way to go if you want to get your dumbbells up. The coating, color, and fit all work well together. Initially there is a slight color variation just for being right out of the box but it blends once out and about for a couple months. Love these dumbbells. The biggest frustration with upgrading your weight on these is having to dial in the cradle spacing again, but once it’s set you’re good to go and it never catches.

Just a basic ab wheel tha I picked up off FB marketplace for $5. I tossed around the idea of getting a name brand option but I feel like it’s the same thing. It’s plastic and has those finger molds on the handles. It’s about as good as you would expect and gets the job done.

This has the typical BoS messy welds, but it functions great and the inside seems to protect the barbell. I only have one barbell currently, so I don’t use this at all. It came with the rack when I purchased it on Facebook Marketplace. It doesn’t take up much space and hides behind the upright so it’s a pretty great way to store it. One unfortunate thing is that my ceilings are not tall enough to store my barbell easily so even if I had two bars I wouldn’t use this. But I would definitely use it in a space with taller ceilings.

I tried some more expensive options like the carabiner clip in ones, but the sliding adjustable option on these is so much easier and requires much less thinking. The numbers make it easy to get set to the same height. The rings felt great coming out of the box- I went with the thicker diameter based on most people online saying that’s the move and I think they were right (haven’t tried the other ones). They are so cheap (~$35) and so versatile. I use them for pull-ups, dips, decline push-ups, chest flies, reverse flies, rows, etc. these were one of my first purchases and it’s definitely a great way to get started with a small footprint. The biggest pain is finding a place to hang them- I don’t love hanging them on the rack but it works for now until I have some higher ceilings.

It’s really nice that these are magnet so you can just slap them on the rack. They also have a nice aesthetic with the knurling and being able to choose the color you want. I initially did not like how it latched on, but after a week it was pretty much second nature. The normal clamps from time to time snag your finger and that can ruin the day if you get it bad enough. I typically just twist it on with one hand with no issue, but there are times where I do grab the sleeve to keep it from spinning, but again that’s not something I even really think about. They definitely are not going to stay clamped down as some of the other collar options, but it’s sufficient for my needs, especially for bench and squat. Even with deadlifting, I don’t have much of an issue, but it seems like others do. Maybe if you are dropping them at the top of the movement, but I just lower the bar back to the ground. They are definitely one of Titans coolest products. They also are $70ish which is on the hugher end, but definitely not outrageous. Fun purchase.

These are great for neutral grip pull ups, barbell rows, deadlifts, Romanian deadlifts, and even resistance band work by looping them on bands. I really like it for barbell rows because it increases my range of motion and is a much more natural hand/wrist position for that movement. They do not give me any doubts- I feel very safe using them. They are a little more than I think they should be, but it’s a nice addition to the gym.

This is the BoS light commercial rack version of the split squat roller, so it’s pretty much my only option since my uprights are 2.3” x 2.3”. I don’t really have many complaints- it’s comfortable and works for what I use it for. It’s slightly annoying to move around, but that’s only if you need to move it around, which I don’t do a ton. I use this primarily for split squats, which is SO MUCH BETTER than using a bench and smashing your foot. I also use these for Nordic curls and it holds my feet down- it’s a sweet hack to get another leg day exercise. I just elevate my feet with a pad underneath and it works great. It does have the typical messy welds from BoS, but it’s totally functional and safe.

I really enjoy this attachment. I was not sure how I would feel about the rubber type grips but it feels like a high end rubber if that makes sense. It’s seemingly very durable and feels really good in hand. I use it all the time for tricep extensions, face pulls, overhead extensions, cable crunches and the occasional cable curls. They lose are definitely in my top 5 attachments I own. They are a bit pricey at $80ish but I got it as a gift which was nice. I don’t use it for isometric work, but I know some people do that.
