These were way bigger and more substantial than I expected when I ordered online. Compared to others, they are inexpensive but in the grand scheme of things, it's still pricey for foam padding. That being said, they do their job extremely well and I would highly recommend them for those who use logs, etc. and don't want to worry about damaging their floors. Zero issues with mine and would highly recommend. Padding is stiff and the vinyl is surprisingly good quality.

The biggest problem with this is it doesn't fit nearly the variety of dumbbells that it claims to. Sometimes you have to force the clamp in order to get it to shut depending on what you are doing. Also the weight distribution isn't the same as a kettlebell. However, it's still a nice substitute for certain exercises like windmills or goblet squats. The plastic is pretty cheap for the price point and I wish there were some better grips. Overall if you're looking to just include some kettlebell movements and don't want to get a set this is a good option, but it's not going to be a substitute for the genuine articles.

Really underrated piece of gym equipment that can do a ton of stuff thanks to its mobility. This is a more affordable alternative to rack mounted options and can provide welcome support for split squats. The height is adjustable and the pad quality is surprisingly good. Wouldn't recommend using it as a back pad for hip thrusts, but I think you could get creative and find a fair amount of utility here. I really like this option compared to a bench when doing split squats and it was super affordable.

I held off on getting one of these for the longest time. I had seen some guys bring them to commercial gyms in the past but never thought I had a need. Then it got programmed in my training so I decided to pick one up and WOW what a fun product. It really helps lift super-maximal loads and get comfortable feeling max loads in hand. Really an inexpensive and valuable tool to add to your arsenal. Would highly recommend. I'd give this a perfect score but there is some fraying that's already starting to develop at the shoulder point.

Got these when I simply didn't have room in my basement for a leg extension leg curl machine. They do an OK job at leg extensions but can be a bit awkward to get in and out of. The rubber fell off mine and the latch mechanism can be uncomfortable. They aren't a viable option for leg curls. So if you are desperate for isolated leg extensions these may be worthwhile but honestly you're better off saving your money until you either have the space or resources to get a proper leg extension/leg curl machine.

I may be a tad biased here since I came up with the design. However, in my truly fair and unbiased opinion, this is a great flag. The design matches the other 8 bit flags and sports the same quasi-retro vibe. It's a great addition to any home gym and will add at least 10 pounds to your bench.

Not sure exactly what you are waiting for if you aren't already certified. It led the Massenomics guys to find me and do a gym tour on YouTube. It also helped me become a part of a much larger community and helped me feel connected with other home gym owners. Low cost and the banner itself along with the certificate are really fun additions to your home gym.

This is a solid curl bar. I went with the gold sleeve option which markets itself as "commercial" grade. The knurling is extremely passive on this bar and it has already shown signs of wear despite being maintained. I think it's a good solid option and will certainly hold up well, but there are more affordable options out there. That being said, it is an eye catcher and is one of the nicer looking curl bars I've ever seen.
