Fringe ran this on a special I couldn't deny. Great packaging, best packaging of any barbells I've had delivered. I like that its not a weird weight so I can do normal plate math, but I mostly have used this for curls.

I enjoy this SSB and it has a good build quality, primarily use it for Hatfield Squats.

I don't mind these, but I also prefer my Iron Masters overall. The shifting of the change weights inside is annoying even if it isn't impactful. The cage design can be useful sometimes, but I don't know if I would love these as much if they were my only dumbbell option. As a secondary option, great dumbbells.

I bought these used when Reppins were coming out for a screaming deal, so that colors my review a bit. Heavy handles make these a great dumbbell and I have added the micro plates and 180 pound increase. I don't do much drop sets and am surprised so much of the community seems to be enamored with not only drop sets but drop sets where you have zero time to switch weights. One thing that's often glossed over is you do not need to put these in a cradle to change weights, you can just pop out the screws wherever you are and drop the weight. One other usage I enjoy with them is that you can load a single side which makes dumbell overhead extensions feel amazing as you load the bottom only.

There is two gens of Titan Comp Kettlebells, the first is absolutely amazing. The horn shape, the handle material, just everything is amazing for the price. They then switched to the current model which is still good but the horn is more rounded and takes away from the quality. With that said, still an amazing value proposition. You can tell the two gens apart because the first gen follows normal kettlebell coloring and the second gen does not. I have 34kg in the first gen and 30kg in the second gen. No rattle, for non hollow bells these are some of the best I own.

I really enjoy mine, I bought it used and upgraded by adding wheels and the hybrid pad. Its a bit high for flat benching, but I have a flat bench and only use this incline/decline movements.
