Great Investment with a learning curve.
The bulletproof Isolator has been a staple in my training since I bought it a year ago. It excels at Tricep extensions, back extensions, leg curl, preacher curl, standing hamstring curl and lying hamstrings curl (with an adjustable bench). The price point providing all the above machines leaves me with zero regrets.
The key to getting the most out of the attachment is to ensure that the joint that you are rotating about is aligned with the pivot point of the lever arm, (ie. Your knee being aligned with the pivot point for a leg extension).
I also highly recommend setting this up and aligning the pivot point to your hip. This will maximize the amount of movements you can do without changing it's height.
If you plan on removing this from the rack every workout it may not be the best fit. The isolator can be a hassle to move and align due to its awkward shape. Personally, I set this up on its own upright and do not move it. If I had to move it I probably would not use it.
