Purchased used for 200. It's sturdy and is a great choice for box squats. I don't enjoy the adjustable feature due to its awkward shape. I typically just leave it locked at the lowest setting. I've had the adjusting knobs sieze and prevent me from adjust until I heated the metal around the knob.

Love the feel both quality of material and the movement of rows and pull downs with this attachment. This thing is made of metal and is probably indestructible. Worth the buy if you can find used on a second hand market.

Great quality dumbbell that works with the olympic plates I already own. Price is still steep for what it is especially with all the adjustable being released. Buy second hand or boneyard. They work great when loaded but I find myself typically loading one if I can get away with it to save time. Also buy the abmat dumbbell cushion because these will dig into your legs.

You will be grinning ear to ear knowing you are the proud owner of the best bench in the world. 0 wobble. So grippy you'll think the bench has hands holding you in place. The wheels also make moving the bench around a pleasure instead of an extra workout despite it being 140 lbs. If you have the money to buy it, do it you won't regret it.

Great piece of equipment for any strength gym! The only reverse hyper that can be switched between roller and strap reverse hyper with rogue build quality. Recommend moving with a friend but once in place it DOES NOT MOVE. As a bonus the handles used are the same as the rml squat handles that can be used for hackfield squats!

This is the best belt squat in the world. Holds value in the second hand market. Standalone can be converted and dropped into a rack. Monster lite is also compatible you just need to buy extra 5/8 bolts to mount the rhino.
