I had this rack for several years before selling it to make space for my custom 8-post rack from Rep. The RML-390F was sturdy enough for everything I threw at it. The power coating was high quality and I didn't notice any chipping. However, depending on the flooring you have, it may slide around a bit when reracking heavy weights. Additionally, it was just a bit too short to overhead press in for my height (5'11"). I also have to write numbers on the uprights for the holes with sharpie. They could definitely add numbering, even if it's every 5 holes like Rep does with the PR-4000. Additionally, the flat foot design does limit you from adding on later from Rogue's catalogue of rack attachments that require bottom cross-members. If you are looking for just a power rack and you know you won't need to use it for functional trainer capability or don't want to add on weight storage, this rack is great. Otherwise, I'd for a "bolt down" rack (who really needs to bolt those down anyways).

These are perfectly adequate iron plates. They fit on every bar I own without issue. I did buy them during the height of iron plate prices, so the value may be skewed a bit. However, as I did get a 25% off coupon to buy these from Titan during that time, they were the least expensive during that time. Checking the prices now, they seem to be priced higher than I would have expected at around $2/lb. The build quality is fine, especially for the price. The coating doesn't chip off that easily, but even while new, there were nicks and burs in the plates already. If you only care about weight being weight and you can't find anything secondhand, these will serve you well (especially if they are a "secondary" set of plates), otherwise I'd just get something like the Strength Co plates for ~$20 more per set of 45s.

I own both a 10" (~70lbs) and 12" (~80lbs) dumbbell without end caps. The weight pegs do not have threading to add end caps later, so because of this, my weight pegs are slightly undersized, similar to pretty much all other strongman equipment. These are incredibly beefy and have beat up plywood flooring before incurring any issues themselves. I also like the powder coat as it's grippy, so I don't need any chalk to use these. The handle on the 12" is larger than the 10", but the 12" will fit my 25lbs plates.

It's a hefty piece for a fairly hefty price. I would only recommend this if you don't have floor space but can dedicate an upright to it. Removing from the rack and storing it elsewhere is annoying enough that you'll want to sell it like I did. It's not light, so it can be difficult even for those who are strong as there isn't really an elegant way to attach it to the rack. The strength curve is fine, but you'll easily max out the leg extension portion if you can squat 315 or more.

I got this bar when it was $200, and it was a fantastic buy at that price. It has an aggressive knurl, so squatting is great as it will not slide (low bar). I am not a huge fan of it for deadlifting, but maybe that's because I use a hook grip. For the current price, I'd probably look at something from Rep Fitness or other companies around that quality.

Great hybrid bar. Has handled benching, deadlifting, overhead pressing, and Olympic lifts without functional issues. The black zinc, however, has worn off, especially where my shins contact the bar during deadlift. It's only cosmetic, so it's not an issue for me. The knurling is passive, but that's what I prefer for this type of bar.

They are great as spotter arms, but they do take up a lot of rack space, even for 5/8" holes which usually take up more anyways; therefore, you're limited in how low you can place them, but that's really only an issue if you're using them for some mid-height deadlifts or as a surrogate for power stairs when combined with the utility seat. I am also not the biggest fan of how to out them on, but they have handle a lot of weight and remain sturdy.

Great low row and pulldown attachment for the money and to add to your rack. The low row is a bit too low, but the adjustable footplate distance from the pulley is useful. I do not like the limitation of the pulldown where the cable will snag and rub if you pull at too much of an angle. I am not exactly sure why that design choice was made, so if you want to use this for any sort of movements that aren't close to vertical, you'll have a hard time. However, it works great, and I think the plate loaded version is fine here.
