Great brush, and has helped keep my bare steel bar free from rust (granted, I live in basically a desert). Can you make a knurled option though?

It's pretty expensive and large for being basically a usable reverse hyper only. The GHD portion is bad. Every time I tried doing GHRs, the pads would painfully dig into my quads. GHD sit-ups were fine, but I couldn't justify keeping this machine just for sit-ups since I wasn't using the reverse hyper that often.

Fantastic ergonomic handles for pressing movements and chest flyes. The cost is pretty low and they've held up well. I did knock down the build qaulity because they do obviously use very cheap materials and they can sometimes run on your hand in certain angles. I am not knocking the performance because their primary purpose is fairly flawless.

Knock off Prime Rotate handles, but they function pretty well. I wish the hole at the top was bigger and that they natively came with swivel shackles, otherwise no complaints.

They're not the best built as mine came a bit twisted, but it doesn't impact the functionality of them. The ergo handles are fantastic. I usually hated using tricep tops because they dug into my hands, but those are such a huge improvement. You can probably fine higher qaulity ones, but even if mine break tomorrow, I will not be disappointed with getting these because they make tricep movements that much better.

They're a bit expensive, but they are great for J Cups. The UHMW all around will protect the bar. I like these for bench pressing as I tend to roll the bar forward to setup.

This is fine as a cable attachment. I have not used this for Landmine yet, so we'll see how that works. If you don't envision the extensive amount of holes, go for the Longy bar.

I do like the way they hold the bar without it moving too much. It's actually great for the Rep cambered mutli grip bar because these keep it from rotating like it wants to do. They came with my rack which I bought used, but they're nothing special otherwise.
