This is my go to foam roller; I prefer it over smooth foam rollers

I had this belt squat before I got my rogue rhino. This is my 2nd favorite belt squat (behind the rogue rhino) My main complaint is that you need to use the narrow plate attachment and then a bunch of 25s and/or 35s to load up for narrow stance belt squats, which is the primary variation I do The left handle also had a bunch of play, which I guess was just a Titan QC issue I do recommend this belt squat to people (especially if you can find it for cheap), I just prefer the rhino

It’s a solid belt that gets the job done, I just prefer other belt squat belts, like the Titan, spud pillow, and cloud 9 (with the cloud 9 being my favorite) I’m not overly picky though; if I’m traveling & visiting a gym, and this is the belt they have, I’d still be happy. It’s a good belt!

This is an overrated belt squat It’s an absolute mega plate eater. If you squat over 500lbs, you may need to throw on nearly 1000lbs worth of plates on it (or more) for working sets Lever belt squats in general feel inferior to all other belt squat versions, in my opinion If you’re getting this for a home gym, I’d highly encourage you to pick something else

I’ve used this bar around a two dozen times at various gyms It’s a great barbell; however, the kabuki quality control is subpar and there are now better (like the rogue CB-4) or cheaper options When this bar originally came out, it was the best; that’s not the case anymore It’s still an excellent bar, just not the one I’d buy

This is a great hamstring curl machine. I tried it at madhouse in Atlanta It’s arguably the best leg curl machine ever made However, it’s just not worth anywhere near its 10k price tag It’s also not worth the floor space for a dedicated leg curl machine for me. Yes, it is the best, but it’s not that much better to be worth the floor space & the huge price tag

I love my JD pull-up handles; they make me want to just start doing pull-ups every single day I’d suggest going with the XA knurling if you go for the 1.25” handles. That’s what I have and it’s perfect for me Yes, these are expensive; however, they are the best pull-up handles you can buy
