I had this barbell in my gym for about a year (couldn't pass up a good deal), until I traded it for a texas deadlift bar This bar is less bendy than the texas and the knurling is a tad less aggressive in feel It's a good barbell, but I personally prefer the texas. I'd also rather just deadlift with an Eliko power bar or something similar than a rogue, because I want either the whip of a texas bar or no whip, not something in between, like the rogue

I've used this SSB in many gyms; it is a great SSB, and one of the ones that I recommend people to buy, if they are looking for a SSB Yes, you could find one with knurled handles, one with more adjustability (like the transformer bar in my gym), etc. However, this barbell is unbeatable for the price Side note: I prefer the padding on this one over the elite FTS one

This works great for a good chunk of the population; however, it is not suited for strong lifters. The weight limit is too low and if you exceed (or greatly exceed the weight limit), this thing will move around your gym floor. It folds up, takes up low space, and I could see it working out for many people; however, if reverse hyper extensions are a movement you love or need in your programming, it's better to buy one that can handle more weight.

This is (like what the other reviewer said) the best bench I’ve ever used It’s stable, build quality is incredible, knurling on the handle to pick it up, etc. This is a high end bench; I’m lucky to have gotten it used, but I also believe it’s worth it at full price too

It’s okay and a very average d-handle. It came with my voltra. There’s a plethora of better d-handles.
