I'm not a fan of this pullover, it's usable for me, but doesn't fit me well & the resistance curve isn't what I like on a pullover Pullovers are very person specific. I'm 5'7.5, so someone taller or smaller or wider or less wide or.... could have a different experience Pullovers I prefer over this one: Life Fitness Pullover, Cybex Pullover, The Magnum Pullover (both the older belt fed and the newer cable one), Body master Pullover, Universal Pullover, Davidson Pullover, and some of the older Nautilus pullovers

I train mostly using barbells and I only use my voltra for arms, GHRs, and occasionally adding more weight to a machine stack. That's all I use mine for & it is still 100% worth it I love all the features, different strength curves, the ability to easily move it around, the ability to take it with me everywhere, etc. If you can afford it, this should 100% be bought for your gym

I pretty much only like this attachment for lat prayers or facepulls (although I prefer a tricep rope for facepulls) Not something I recommend to people. I’d suggest trying before buying, as there are many people who love this attachment. I am not one of them

Heavy duty, doesn’t need much weight on it, and feels great to use It’s kinda funny that this thing has 2 weight horns, as with how heavy the felt load is on it… one would have been fine! It’s for sure better than the budget option chest supported rows; however, I’m not sure if it’s worth the $500-$1000 additional cost over something like all the various GMWD rows and/or Alibaba rows I’m very happy to have received this one as a gift from one of my friends

I’m a huge fan of this machine at its price point. I got extra lucky and the one I got on Temu for $230 ended up being the GMWD one I do wish the weight capacity was a bit higher; however, the majority of people are not going to come close to maxing it out for their working sets ROM is good (I got a 3D printed spacer for even more ROM) and it will blast your abduction muscles

It's solid and works for what it is intended to do. You will need to stand on blocks to get full ROM if you use 45s for your landmine T-bar rows. No protection for your barbell, so you'll want to use a rusted beater bar

I love this wrist roller The XA aggressiveness option on the knurling is perfect, no chalk needed I get this piece is a bit niche, but when combined with a voltra it’s better than any wrist roller machine I’ve used This thing is also amazingly built, with excellent quality

This is a well built machine The stack is adequate for nearly everyone (although the arm wrestler I sold mine to could stack it fairly easily!) I mostly used it for the wrist roller function, so I ended up selling it & replacing it with a JD wrist roller This is a good machine though & the seller now offers the option of getting a knurled handle for the supination/pronation function
