The session 4.0 with knurl handles. I love this rope, easy to replace the rope the rotation is smooth and I can can get away with a loose grip. Only cons are the initial handles are pricy and once the rope bends it's life span is significantly shortened.

8mm thick, 4' x 50' rolls, with 10% specked. I bought the 2 remaining rolls from my old CrossFit gym at a steal, they were just taking up space honestly. Extremely heavy and difficult to move around. This rubber flooring really motivated me to invest into the gym and dedicate to a more commercial feel.

I got this from RPM fitness (yes the speed jump rope brand), I guess they discontinued this since I got it because I can't find it again. I stained it with my custom logo myself with a thin single layer of polyurethane. The rounded plastic edges are a blessing on my shins. I believe Abmat makes custom Roo boxes.

Had this version of the Mat for a while, good mat but I prefer the newest dense foam abmat. I only use it for lunges and handstand pushups.

2 layers of (2) 4'x8'x3/4" sheets of stacked in perpendicularly, (8) 24"x 24"x 1.5" rubber tiles (from Titan) with a 3" border around the platform to cover up the layers. (2) 4' x 8' x 3/4" plywood stacked in the center on top of each other. The top plywood has a Early American stain with a custom logo. To achieve this clean the surface, apply lacquer thinner to edhance the wood grains, once dry apply the decal sticker, stain the plywood the more layers of stain the darker it will be. Once dry, carefully remove the decal and you will have a negative. Next you will apply 2 coats of polyurethane to the top layer, you can add play sand to the polyurethane to add some grit to the platform to improve grip and prevent slipping.

I have a power bar that I previously used for deadlifting, switching over from a stiff 29mm bar to a 27mm bar with extra whip feels like a cheat code. The grip Isn't overly aggressive (I understand it's preference) but has a good bite. I considered a Texas DL but I always hear mix reviews on it.

Compared to the Concept 2 Ski Erg platform, it's slightly cheaper, but it appears to have more plywood layers and the marks really are useful for a foot placement in workouts. If you choose the rig mount options you have to get a Rogue 36" Strip to make it "wall mounted ".

In terms of performance, built quality, cost and footprint it's on par with the Concept 2 Ski erg. Where the Echo ski has it's advantage is it's solid oversized turf tires and the future connection to Rogue Move, which syncs up and connects to the app to track all your work.
