Great lat pulldown and low row. I actually had the 80" but titan sells a 90 conversion kit so now mine is 90".

Chainsssss. These are huge and work well to add chains for various exercises. But they are thick and heavy (good thing) just know that when buying. Each link is 3/4" thick.

Ive had this for a while, overall good quality and built well. At very heavy weights it can start to dig into your hand but not sure there is a way around that with this type of design.

Love the blue color. I have rhese attached to my titan series uprights. Just keep in mind the 30" is really 30.5" if planning out space

Nice platform that works well, protects the floor, and decreases noise. I do think there are cheaper options out there that accomplish the exact same thing, so I would personally go with those over this but I have no complaints with this platform or the tiles.

Works really well. If you deadlift a lot and have a platform, this can be well worth. Its really nice for loading and does save time vs using plates or a single loader. The disadvantage of this is that it is big so you need to store it somewhere.

I really enjoy using this row attachment. Feels great in the hand, well built, and solid. Having said that, I think I'd opt for one of Rogues newer attachments with the H5 handles but I did really like using this.

Overall this GHD is just giant. Its huge, way too big for a home gym vs other GHDs out there. It works well as a GHD but there's no reason for the it size. its also a little clunky to adjust. I just couldn't recommend someone buy this other than a commercial gym.
