This is a review of the original ancore, not the newer pro model. It's decent and interesting. But the one thing I kept coming back to is that it reminds me of bands - harder/farther you pull the harder it feels. It felt more like bands then cables. I am curious to try the latest version as I've heard it has a much more natural feel to it.

Cheap and just works. I've used for all sorts of stuff over the years but mostly viking press and landmine use. Great bar from Titan.

The ohio power bar is a very nice bar. I've got the stainless shaft, chrome sleeves version. Rogue has more recently increased the quality of the bar and smoothed the sleeves more. I think for the price, I'd prefer Rep's options which are a touch higher quality and cheaper, and if going higher quality would go for american barbell. I'm just not the biggest fan of Rogues chunky knurl, I prefer a more grippy knurl.

Great bench, solid and well built. It even has an attachment port. My issues with the bench were the large pad gap and pad was on the softer side but overall it works very well. I think there are way better options on the market today but this could be worth if you find for a very good deal used.

Inexpensive band pegs that work great for their intended purpose.

This is an interesting piece. I bought this day 1 preorder for $240 total for both sides. They now cost $1000 for the same set up so I got really lucky. I am not using the bottom brackets, just have no need. I have this set up on the sides of my rack using weight horns to do wide arm chest flies. Its absolutely awesome for this purpose and BPF needs to sell it like this because it takes up no space and is a pretty cool use of it. Having said that given the current price of $500 a piece, I think there are probably better options out there. But this is way overbuilt and commercial quality for sure.

In theory, this piece is awesome. In reality, it doesn't work that well. Leg rollers themselves are great and they do connect to 5/8 or 1" racks just fine. Box is good as well especially if you are using for other things. Now to the pad, its comfortable but the issue is you absolutely cannot do GHRs on it as is. If you put it on the box, the box will move/tip. So rogue sells another attachment but that only stabilizes the box, not the pad. The pad still will slide on GHRs. As you can see in my pic I am attempting to stop the pad by putting a plate in front of it and completely got rid of the box. Still doesn't work and also was a pain to set up. I would not buy this unless you get it for very cheap used.

Huge fan of this little landmine piece. Fits through safety pins and allows you to do all sorts of landmine stuff. Personally use for viking press with my axle bar.
