They may not be the "best" adjustable dumbbells on the market, but they are without a doubt the most satisfying to use. The audible/tactile feedback from the weight adjustments makes these very enjoyable. The knurled grips are solid. Not the best, but better than good. Rep sent me free upgraded pop pins for the adder plates that is a serious improvement over the original split rings. A couple of my plates were scratched up out-of-the-box which was disappointing. The main negative that people seem to have with these is if you don't rerack these near perfectly they will get stuck on the next plate. This is also my main issue with them, so I wouldn't suggest this to anyone looking to use this for dropsets.

Best bang for the buck in my gym. I ordered just the top pulley, but was sent the low pulley as well. The weight horns popping off is a big plus for me as I have very limited space. Im able to perform all the essential cable movements with the two pulleys without issue. My only two nitpicks are: 1- The trolley has to be balanced with equal weight on each side, or it will tilt causing uneven wear on the rollers. 2- the trolley traveling up my uprights makes some noise that's distracting, but thats probably a combination of the powder coating and tolerances. At $150 (with $20 off code) its an acceptable trade-off.

Solid rack squat stand that punches way above its price point. Meant to be a temporary solution until I upgrade to a full cage. Fringe has quick delivery and the stand was well packaged. I've confidently done heavy rack pulls and Anderson squats with the Fringe spotter arms with no issues. My only wish would be to have the uprights be a little taller so I can do pullups without bending my legs, and for the holes to have been cut the full length of the upright. I had to drill my own holes to accommodate my Revolt Pulley. Overall, this is a great starter squat stand that I would trust over a cheap full cage from Amazon/Walmart.

Was very lucky to score mine used for $120. Exactly what you would expect from Rogue. I wouldn't spend $500+shipping, but would definitely jump on the opportunity to get another one used.
