Great deadlift platform for my gym. I had used one at a commercial gym I had visited and really liked the build. Therefore, when a friend of mine asked if I wanted his; I quickly said I’ll take it. I definitely recommend this deadlift platform, and Dynabody as a whole! If you’ve ever worked out in a commercial gym with Dynabody equipment, then you understand the quality.

This was a fun project that turned out perfect for my gym. I used pipe nipples, connectors, flanges, and an aluminum small animal feed bucket. As well as Rustoleum Automotive Primer, International Harvester Red, and Farm Machinery Black. Finally, plenty of Crü stickers. 😁💪👊

Do yourself a favor. Buy from Synergy Custom Fitness! The Alpha series weight tree is an amazing option for any home or commercial gym. The versatility is incredible. I use mine for my bumper plates, but also my belt squat - landmine - 2 barbell holders - 2 drink spotters w/ a barbell rescue, liquid chalk, & smelling salt.

Worth every penny! This is a sturdy, well constructed, incredibly durable dumbbell rack. I highly recommend Synergy Custom Fitness to everyone, including my friends who own commercial gyms. The quality is that good. However, they shine in the home gym market. They are space savers, with a ton of options, and a large load bearing capacity.

The wife and I love these budget friendly plates. They actually punch well above their weight class. I weighed each plate, and they are more accurate than some of my more expensive plates. The handles make loading and unloading a breeze. The only negative is the coating will chip off occasionally. I would have no issues buying more of these in the future.

Excellent addition to my gym. I use it weekly. When used in conjunction with the Goose Neck, it is an amazing choice for anyone wanting a belt squat in their home. If you use it at its full length, and at a proper height, the strength curve is great.

For my gym, the Dane 2.0 has been the perfect choice of an all-in-one rack. The quality for the price is just hard to beat. I purchased it during the early drop, and it has taken everything I’ve thrown at it. My only recommendation is, make sure you have the cables straightened out before installing, and make sure you have the right tension when installed. Otherwise, you will have some twisting. Also, you can’t beat Fringe Sports customer service. One final thing, PK the owner actually listens to his customers, and into the home gym community as a whole.

Most sturdy collars I’ve used. The weight is not going to move. No more collars slipping. Perfect for heavy squats, front squats, and deadlifts. I highly recommend you get a set or two!
