I purchased this when it first dropped and had it in the gym for about 3 years, finally trading up for a Hyper Z. The pad is a little higher off the ground than a traditional RH, likely due to the folding mechanism. That makes it just a tad uncomfortable to get up onto for a 5'10" guy. Also, the horns are pretty short, so you're really not getting more than 180lbs of comp bumpers on it with a clamp at the end of each side. The final issue it has is that if you above 150 pounds, the whole thing starts to come back at you and the front legs lift up. If you're using this with lighter weights, it's a great piece. It is easy to put up on a wall and takes up minimal space when folded.

I’ve just recently started using this, and I don’t know how well this thing correlates to the actual real deal, but it’s fun as hell to use so far and the build quality, powder coat, and machining are all very well done. It wants to start slipping out of your hands for sure, once you get it above 125 pounds. Or at least once I get it above 125 pounds. Shipping from UK to AZ took about a month from purchase. I have no delusions this is actually training me to lift the Inch, but it’s fun as hell to play with and train my grip.

This thing is a 5* all day long. I had this bench for about 3 years and sold it when my space got too crowded and decided to go with one bench instead of two. The bench I decided on was the AB 5200 2.0, which is also a killer bench. The flat bench was just a bit more comfortable, if I'm being honest, due to having to bench off the back pad with the 5200 and the front pad area just getting in the way a tiny bit. I don't regret selling the FB-5000, but if you can have two benches, definitely make this one of them. I had the wide pad and absolutely loved it. I think the padding is better than the Thompson Fat Pad, but that may be considered sacrilege around these parts. To each his own, ya' know? If you are considering a flat bench, do this. Do it wide. Make your shoulders happy.

I can't believe they still sell this thing. I bought it when it first came out and complained to CS that you had to start the rep from the ground and that the whole thing came up in the front when you came up out of the hole. They told me about some clownish rigging with a hook - which by the way was sold out for a really long time. And so I sold it as soon as I could. I lost a lot of the investment in the thing, but I was debating just throwing it in the garbage. Terrible product. Stay away at all costs.

I purchased the Dynabody Power Press in early 2025 and it was gone in December. I wanted to love this thing. Big Mike at Carolina Fitness Equipment/Dynabody was incredible to work with and customizing the equipment was very easy. But for the price out the door with shipping, I just couldn't recommend it. Part of this is due to the way that the machine works, and part of it is due to my inability to use it as intended. I'll start with the design flaw, which is that in order to get a good stretch when you are pressing, you have to start behind you when pushing the weight and that is uncomfortable and could lead to injury at maximal weights. The machine needs to have a push off with your foot in front to get the weight into place. That alone kept me from being able to use it how I wanted. Additionally, the powder coat comes off the weight horns immediately when you put a plate on it the first time. That's picky bullshit maybe, but for $4k, you should have some sort of chrome/stainless weight horn. It just starts to look ugly off the bat and I'm not a fan of that. The bigger issue, however, is that I could not use the machine without having to flare out my elbows, which created shoulder strain - exactly what I wanted to avoid when purchasing this machine. This, more than anything, rendered it unusable. I'm a regular sized dude - 5'10" with normal proportions. If my shoulders were wider, this would not have been a problem. But I just couldn't make it work. And it takes up a good chunk of real estate in a garage because both sides of the machine as well as the front and back need room for loading plates/getting into place. Just not a good choice for this brochacho. I took a bath selling it, but that's on me, not on Dynabody. This is the right piece for someone who's not me.

I'd like to like this attachment more than I do. I find there are a few flaws with it. Let's start with the build quality. The metal, powdercoat, and knurling are excellent and I'm very happy with that. But the issue with this is that there are bolts that are clamped down where the attachments is supposed to move instead of bearings, which makes the movement herky jerky. This takes away from the smoothness of pulling apart the attachment as you pull down. For the price of this thing, it should have bearings. I'd also like to see some sort of grommet around the insertion point to protect the powdercoat when adding carabiners. Again, for as well made as this is and for the price, it would be nice to have that added protection. Overall, I don't use this as frequently as I thought I would. The only uses I've found for it are for face pulls and for tricep push downs. I like the concept and the fun take RMW has on attachments, but this falls short.

I had this bar for several years and the build quality is great. The problem with the bar is that it has small areas of knurling around where you place your fingers. Because of the breaks in the knurling (Rogue, Bare Steel have continuous knurling around the shaft), your pinkies and thumbs are off the knurling and on to the smoot part of the bar. That completely sucks when you're looking for grip on say a skull crusher and want maximum hold so the thing doesn't fall onto your head. So I sold it. Resale value sucked but I'm happy to be rid of it.
