This just isn’t for me. I don’t like rowing. It hate it. It makes my back feel shitty. My form breaks down after 1500m, no matter what I do. I’ve bought this, sold it, bought it, sold it. I never want to row again. But if I ever did row again, it would be the C2. It’s me, not you.

This is a very lightweight bench. I purchased it prior to covid and didn't keep it very long. It was a light, flimsy thing, and I didn't feel comfortable with heavy loads, not to mention my feet were always bothered by the front legs. Typical Rogue price, not typical Rogue quality. Skip it.

I had a green one and a pink one for my kids when they were little. I bought them both used and sold them for what I bought them for, so rented them for free, pretty much. I wouldn't buy one new, but they're great to have around for the little ones to get used to moving around the gym while you work out.

I had the cerakote version of the OPB prior to covid and did not enjoy it one bit. The cerakote fills in the knurl and leaves it very passive, and a little slippery, not a good thing when you're looking to get the most out of a deadlift. It didn't last long in my garage. The cerakote sleeves looked like shit after a week of use, glad they updated that finish on these.

I think I may have gotten the last one before they shut down. I ordered it about a month before the guys made that video and it took about three months to make - because they had a large order in front of me. Must’ve been JuJis. Man I love this thing. It’s a pain in the ass to load but the neighbors all think I’m a maniac.

Not only is this thing beefy, but it is made by a legend in this game. Tommy was incredible to work with and a true gentleman. The website is a little difficult to work through, but the wait time on this wasn’t bad at all. The powder coat is amazing and it’s a great tool for both tricep push downs and bicep curls.

I’m adding the Rogue version that rotates because this is tough on the wrists. The quality is outstanding and the knurl is almost too sharp, but very enjoyable. I can’t use this more than once a week for a couple of sets. Which is a pity because it’s a very nice piece of equipment.

This is a Great Wall mounted solution to store your Prime cable attachments. It fits nicely on the wall in a compact manner and it’s easy to take the attachments on and off. I’m just glad there’s no Prime green anywhere.
