Best in the business. Tried and true and reasonably priced. Great for any movement you're looking to do. Great knurling with a sturdy shaft which of course what every home gym owner is looking for.

About as bare bones as you can get for a lat pull down low row and I mean that in a good way. Small footprints, very few moving parts, nothing to break, takes a beating and still moves nice and smooth.

Unlike other reviewers I had had a good experience with my Transformer Bar and almost all of its settings. The goblet setting is my least used but after reading comments here I’m seeing that I need to give it a try more often.

Probably one of the least used items in my gym. Mainly because I don’t take care of my body in the slightest. I just started stretching last week (I’m 31). That being said I would grab this or my Kleva Built Genesis Jack to fend off a home invasion.

I feel like all my reviews for Kabuki products will be similar. It seems all their products have a consistent high quality to them all the way from transformer bar to shoulder rok. The power bar is great and all but I can’t and won’t say it’s better than a TPB.

Another banger of a bar from Kabuki. But like the Duffalo bar there can be an issue with it fitting in certain racks. For example the bench height j cups on my Texas Combo Rack doesn’t fit the bar very well which can make reracks and unpacks a tad bit concerning. Other than that it’s a great barbell to bench, row or even overhead press. Something I did a lot of before graduating to the log before my first strongman competition.

Overall a great barbell. There are some troubles with it fitting in certain racks of J cups and things can become a game of balance and finesse. But overall it’s hard to complain about anything else. Very versatile and useful bar for both squatting and benching. Maybe deadlifting but I haven’t tried.

Some of my favorite looking plates. Vintage Weights PGH points of that these plates are rare in the fact that the “spokes” (he calls them whiskers) are on every plate all the way down to the 2.5s…which I don’t have…yet. Deep rim, tall hub and crisp lettering.
