These are a game changer. So much better than the hitch pins.

But them. I never had the original but after using these I cant see them being worth the price. These on the other hand are phenomenal my go to pull attachments amd they are cheap.

Cast iron plates. What else is there to say. If you have enough they get heavy.

I put this off for years. Finally got it and am I glad. This has replaced my lat pulldown/low row. And so much more. I have added a bunch of upgrades to it to make it one of the most versatile piece in my gym. (Porter phys ed lat pulldown, arms foe flys, diy footplate, seal row, boulder shoulder) this thing has so much potential. The 60mm x 60mm tubing can be annoying with attachments but its affordable and if you get creative its not a big deal. Well worth the money.

They get the job done. I find myself using them less now that I have new ones. But when I was starting off they were great.

I am so glad I got this bar. I was so close to getting a kabuki bar on marketplace for double the price. Instead I got this and im glad. For what inuse it for its more than enough and it was affordable for me. I primarily use traditional barbell but I use this in 4 week blocks to change things up. Works great for bench, shoulder press and rows. Definitely happy with it.
