Makes the bench a bit longer. I got this because the the seat positions on the IM bench are annoying for me, if I incline bench, I'm either too close to the floor, or my head pokes off the back of the bench. I got this for the latter case. Works. Is well built. Wish the seat positions on the bench didn't necessitate me owning this.

Bought this without really thinking. I work out in a basement with a low ceiling and can't stand upright on this, even on the smallest direction. Used it as a table for about a year and eventually released it until the wild via Facebook marketplace. Extremely sturdy, just be sure your ceilings are high enough.

You might thing an ab strap is an ab strap, but it really isn't. I have said it in other reviews, but I don't know where Spud Inc. get their fabric, but it's just the right combination of strong as hell and soft as a baby. I use this multiple times per week for ab work and triceps.

I really wanted to use these, unfortunately I couldn't get them to work... that said, they are still in my gym, waiting on my next move. The problem is that you actually need some height on a rack to fit them. I'm 5' 9", so let's say my shoulders are 60 inches from the ground. If I stand on a calf raise block, I'm at 66", for me to get up to tippy toes that takes me to 71". You're going to want an inch or two margin of error so you don't come out the top of this, so let's say you need to mount the top of the attachment 73" from the ground. Unfortunately I work out in a basement and my squat rack is precisely 73" tall (and then has a pullup bar and crossmember installed, so I can't put anything that high). I love the idea, and want to use this but did not appreciate that it just wouldn't work for a basement dweller. That said, USA built and high quality, I corresponded with the owner during ordering and he was super helpful and informative. I'm just waiting to use it until I can get into a taller gym.

This flag is a vibe, really sets the tone I'm going for. I love it slightly more than some of my pets, and only slightly less than some of my family.

OK, so. I'm one of those guys who will buy gimmicky crap all the time, and I bought this mainly to support massenomics and have it be a nice decoration for the gym. That said, I use it every day! Like, every day. I just leave my water in here and don't have to worry about finding a horizontal surface to put it down. I think right now, the drink spotter is on the end of one of my dumbbells.

I don't actually use this as a bench attachment. I used to use it like that, but found that it was unwieldy and annoying to move, and realized I would prefer an actual back extension station. I ended up buying the IM cable tower seat (which connects to the hyper extension) to turn it into a standalone station more cheaply than I could have gotten a similarly nice standalone unit. Downsides: Ironmaster sells and organizer, this just doesn't fit on it. It's big and heavy, I disliked having to go grab it mid workout. Upsides: I really like the feel of this back extension, I kept it instead of buying a standalone unit because I genuinely do like how it feels!

I initially had doubts that a bench mounted dip bar would work for me (current weight 250 lbs). I watched a few reviews and ultimately pulled the trigger. This thing has been rock solid, never felt like it's going anywhere. There's a tiny (tiny, tiny) bit of flex when I'm changing direction, but really I can't believe how well it works.
