I got the temu version of this, identical to the GMWD one, except less than half the price. Once I got it together it felt really solid, but getting it together was a bit of a chore, there were a couple of things that needed hammering into place. Ultimately I did get some use out of this, but did remove it from my gym because it has a pretty large footprint for my limited space. Ended up getting the revole rack mounted belt squat, which I can actually store on the wall when not in use. If I had more square feet I would have held onto this. If you do need to move it, it breaks down reasonably easily into three pieces that can be stored pretty flat (pictured)

They do the job, allowing 2.5 lbs weight increments. Two main thoughts: 1. At least for me, these were pretty much a mandatory upgrade since having DBs that jump only in 10s was never going to work for a lot of smaller exercises. Feels like they're crucial enough that they should have been part of the base package. 2. I find them fiddly to attach to the DBs, it always takes me a couple of seconds of sliding them around on the DB until I hit the holes and hear them "click" into place. Feels to me like making the receiving holes for the magnets a fraction bigger and tapered so that the plates find them easier would be an easy win.

Extremely happy with this. Comfortable packing, good knurling. One really nice touch is that the weight of the bar and its various handles is printed on the end cap. Speaking of the handles, I specifically choose this bar because of the seal row handles, with which I can put together a decent enough seal row setup without needing a dedicated bar.

I feel like every review I write off a spud inc piece is the same, and it says "OMG where did they source this material it's both soft and rugged, and I love it". The only thing I would like to change with this belt is to have some manner of adjustability. It's slightly too long for my belt squat setup and I need to "hop" on tippy toes to get the kickstand back in place at the end of a set.

Absolutely no complaints here, this is a good hip thrust pad for a reasonable price.

I have a few of these, largely because they're cheap. I leave them on various machines. They can be loose, and I use better collars for actual barbell lifting, but as inexpensive items that I can have a bunch of so I'm not always searching them out for every machine, they get the job done.

I just checked my Amazon history, and I bought these in 2018. I don't use them super frequently, but am happy to have them when I do want them. Outside of some of the logo print wearing off they still function like new, and they can definitely bring some irritation relief when my forearms are aggravated.

I went searching for something very specific when I found this. I work out in a basement with a low ceiling, so to get a full ROM I need to kneel down, attach the attachment with the smallest size carabineer I can, and use an attachment where the handles are up at the height of the attachment point, not any lower. Work those constraints I'm mind I'm super happy I found this, it is replacing my Ironmaster ultimate back attachment, which I love but just doesn't work with my short setup. I don't know how well it will hold up yet, but the coating feels really good and the attachment is super comfortable to use
