I bought the whole SS4 bar because of these handles. I love seal rows, and always wanted a seal row bar so I could do them conveniently. Unfortunately I'm out of space for new barbells. The very moment I saw that the SS4 SSB had seal row handles I decided to replace my old SSB with one so that it could play double duty. Works great, I really like it. The only nitpick I have here is that the handles are fiddly to get on (threaded screw, and the thing you're screwing into it hidden back in the padding), and it sometimes takes me a few attempts, but it's not like I'm swapping these out more than once a workout.

Had this for years. Inexpensive, holds up, does what it says. Foam is dense and comfortable. Can't knock any points off anywhere!

I have had this for years, despite only recently have gotten a TRX. I really like its size (4x6 feet), the firmness of the material (enough give that kneeling exercises are comfortable, but not so much it's unstable), and the 12" spaced foot position markets are endlessly useful, I didn't realize how much I would come to like having them there for consistency. I will say that sometimes -- when I'm sweaty, mainly -- my hands can slip on the mat, but not (yet) catastrophically so.

I primarily strength train, and the suspension trainer isn't a super natural for much the training I like. That said, I keep this around for occasional use in high rep finishers. It's sometimes really nice to have access to something with much less stability, and it's a nice change of pace from moving barbells around.

I bought these after seeing the gray lifting mag pin comparison. I like them just fine, a mag pin is a mag pin, and I don't think there's actually anything to choose between these and any one of a hundred other brands. I wanted these mainly because they're longer than my Titan mag pins, which sometimes barely poke through some equipment. That said the review stating the magnets can fall out is concerning to me. Unlike my other mag pins, this one does have discrete magnets drilled into the surface, unlike my Titan magpins, which have a smooth magnetized surface. That said .. they haven't fallen out yet

I wouldn't have bought these myself, but they came with the SSB I picked up on Facebook marketplace. Extended arms for the SSB. These ones are designed for extra comfort and shoulder injury, allowing you to keep your arms in a completely neutral position. In my photo I attached one spider arm and one normal so you can see the difference. I would probably use these as my default, even though my shoulders are fine, except that the bar is annoying to store with them on, and the arms are fiddly to swap out as they just screw in and it's hard to adjust them so they fully screw in in the correct orientation. Inexpensive buy, probably extremely helpful to people with certain shoulder injuries.

I got a set of these from FBM that is painted white and gold. Good players, accurate on weight, deep lip makes them easy to grab, weren't expensive. One of these days I'll strip them down because the white isn't my style.

I have a small collection of 1" change plates, and somehow ended up with 5s, 7.5s, and 10s from iron Man. I use my 1" weights primarily for grip work by loading a weight pin, and on an old lat pulldown that takes 1" plates I'm low-key on the lookout for the 50s of these just to keep my lat pulldown loaded.
