Completely functional situp attachment. Inexpensive. I actually mainly use this to trap my heels for (failing at) Nordic curls, it doesn't work great for that but it's the best I have, and I'm not going to criticize IM for my personal misuse of this attachment.

Solid preacher attachment, gets quote a lot of use and I feel good that it'll outlast me. The only thing I would like to add is height adjustment. I'm 5' 9", and tend to have to sit on a pad to lift myself high enough that the pads don't dig into my shoulder.

I was initially of two minds about buying such an expensive piece of 3d printed equipment, but pulled the trigger and am glad I did. I really, really love the trakhandles, but also really, really hate the feel of the sticky river handles they come with. The 3d printed knurling is pretty passive, but these are such an upgrade that I don't care.

My first commercial gym experience was at a gym with the urethane coated version of these. I hated them at the time (and maybe still do), but I decided to go find the bare iron versions for some of my gym's change plates, just for the nostalgia. Never getting the 45s though, these things will ruin a deadlift.

I crammed for the certification exam harder than I crammed for anything else in my life, and I'm proud to announce that I passed!

I wouldn't have predicted this ahead of time, but this has become one of my most heavily used bench attachments. One thing I miss from a commercial gym is the fixed utility bench, somewhere to sit and shoulder press with a back support that isn't too high so doesn't get in the way of anything above the mid-back. This attachment turns the Ironmaster bench into one of those. No complaints at all!

I bought these for a set of adjustable dumbbells (Bowflex at the time), they didn't work on those because of the plastic shell. I upgraded to MX Select dumbbells, they work on them just fine, although I have found that I prefer to use the micro gainz fractional weights, so don't tend to use them. These now sit on my rack, if I ever need to increase a big lift by 2.5 lbs, I'm happy to have that option, although I haven't needed them yet. The one thing I would say in this review is that if you're going to use these on dumbbells, think very carefully about where they'll stick, you need a big flat metal face, and if you don't have that, these will be ineffective.

Awesome attachment. Clever design that lets it function as three different grips, extremely overbuilt in a good way. I think overall though, my favorite thing about this is the knurling. It's extremely grippy without being unnecessarily sharp. Really love this attachment.
