I lose focus easily, and found whenever I used a standalone wrist roller, I would end up paying far too much attention to my biceps and shoulders. I decided to pick up an inexpensive rack mounted wrist roller so I could take those things out of the equation, and really focus on making my forearms miserable. This works great. I mean, there's not much to it, it rolls and has a fabric strap you can attach weights to. The knurling is satisfyingly grippy, and it's not too pricy.

I got this with my belt squat, and weirdly I ended up using it way more than the actual belt squat. It's a handle you can attach to a rack, and it has a couple of eye hooks on it so you can attach things to it. I find that if I'm doing anything where I might want to stabilize myself, I'll just pop this handle on my rack as a convenient way of doing that. Build quality is low, and I wouldn't load it with any weight, but as something to grab and stabilize yourself it's weirdly effective.

It's a seat you can attach to a rack. I got this when I was using the Revolt pulley system, I no longer do, but this seat persists in my gym as a drink holder. The quality is what you would expect from the price. It's not premium, but it'll hold up well, and is solid. Other than that, there isn't much for it to do, it's a seat.

Fine bar, I never use it though. I bought this to fill two gaps: 1. There is little space between my rack and the wall, so I wanted a bar with shorter loading pins so I could fit past, and 2. I wanted to be able to do seal rows in a confined space. Ultimately I bought roller J Cups for my rack so can now shove a full size bar out of the way, and learned I needed a cambered bar to be able to get good ROM on the seal rows with my chest support. This is probably going back onto the Facebook Marketplace at some point, not because it's bad, just because it's bad for me. Knurling is quite passive, the loading sleeves spin, but not super much. I'd give the build quality of this an "it's OK"

I love Spud Inc. stuff, it's just uniformly the most overbuilt, comfortable stuff in my gym. I don't know where they source their fabric, but it's soft, comfortable and overwhelmingly strong. I don't use these super frequently, but even if I did, I believe they would outlast me.

Why did I buy this? I have 5 spots on my barbell wall, and this was the first thing I decided to get. Did I really think I would use the bar? I never used an ez curl bar in a commercial gym, but when I built my own gym, my genius brain said "this is the first thing you should buy, buddy". I guess it works?

I think I bought this scale via the Vintage Weights PGH youtube channel. Pros: Accurate, goes up to 440 lbs, easy to set up. Cons: The display is attached to the scale by a wire, and has a wall mount. Unfortunately the wire is so short that if you wall mount it, you can't see the display while standing on the scale. Highly recommended. I do a lot of grip training and I use this to weigh whatever implements I'm lifting. Also I highly recommend putting something over the metal surface of the scale (I used a cut down carpet tile, plywood would also work) to avoid metal-on-metal contact

I love to curl in my squat rack, however as I've gotten older, curling with a barbell is beginning to irritate my elbows. I googled rackable ez curl bars and ended up being advertised these. Excellent piece of kit, just put a slight angle onto the handle, easy to slip on and off the barbell, and saved me some money and the space.
