These are a cool piece to have in the gym, but could definitely go back to the design room to make a little cleaner and cooler. A little pricey for what they really are. Definitely a little bit more limited in use like most cable attachments, but to be expected.

These are a cool plate you dont see often. They bring a higher price because of that, but its kind of overrated IMO. They are great for hub lifting. Good for bench and squat.

This was an OK way to do my gym floor. Honestly I wish I had just done horse stall mats. This was expensive and took way more time to install. I wish they were thicker and heavier duty for the money and time they took. Shipping shot the price way up on these even more. It was super expensive. Rolling anything heavy on them is a no go without having to fix everything.

This is a bar you definitely have to be careful with. 85 pounds and awkward means weird to move and hard to store well. I threw out my back and was down for 2 months just trying to move it off the wall. So be careful. Tape up the middle since there is no knurling anywhere on the bar. Mine is now stored low and safer now. The quality is definitely Titan quality. My first one showed up rusting and the finish flaking off the welds. We got that figured after a couple weeks of back and forth on the phone with a different person every time.

This is a great budget piece. It doesn't come on and off super fast, but at the same time it doesnt come off easy or mess up. It works great as an alternative to super expensive similar options. It also fits Olympic and Standard bars if you have one of them or both. I love mine.

This is a cool piece for pinch grip training. The original gold colored coin was a limited edition. They now have a similar priced silver and regular production coin for sale. The u bolt is kind of a pain with how tight it is and getting a caribiner on and off of it if you want. Other than that its pretty good.

This is another heavy duty, well built, tank of an item from Rogue fitness. It looks in tight with its pins and will NOT move. Great for now squat, step ups, seal rows, and even making a table out of your rack for keeping multiple pairs of dumbbells, bands, or anything else you can think of near by and handy. It doesnt take too much space to store either.

These were a massive upgrade for my gym. They are a bit expensive for something that seems pretty simple, but they are really great at doing their job. You have to get used to not being able to take them off your rack without taking the whole strap system apart. Pros and cons just like anything else. But they are a great piece.
