affordable and skinny, lightweight but durable compact collars that do the job. I keep a pair in my gym bag for when I'm working out away from home. They clamp on tightly and release very easily.

Very useful Indian clubs for shoulder mobility warm-ups, and the heavier versions are useful for their own set of rotator cuff exercises. I keep a 10 pounder at my office to do swings and loosen things up after spending too much time hunched over the keyboard during work. I keep a pair of the 1 pound plastic ones in the basement for the kids to warm up. They make good trainers if you are learning how to do Indian club movements and don't want to crack yourself in the skull while figuring out the coordination of the swings.

My wife says I'm certifiable, and Massenomics gave me a banner to prove it.

Highly sought after Grail pieces for vintage weights collectors. The volcano hub Berg plates, as these are commonly known, demand a high premium price; perhaps not quite as high as the Zuvers or early Jackson cross-hubs, but probably more than your monthly mortgage. Finding them in good condition is like finding a unicorn shopping at your local Walmart. Famous for their crisp block letter castings, they are also quite accurate in weight. These were some of the very first modern-style barbell loadable plates made, manufactured in the late 1920s and featured at the 1932 Olympics.

this was one of the very first pieces that I bought for my home gym. I try to hit calves at least twice a week because they are a stubborn body part for me. Over the course of a couple years the kneepads started to retain indentation memory and got to the point where they're causing a little bit of knee compression pain with really heavy sets. Now this thing sits in the back corner and very rarely gets used, I'll probably wind up getting rid of it soon. Since buying this I have learned that standing or donkey style calf raises are far more effective for overall hypertrophy so seated calf raises have largely fallen out of my regimen.

excellent solution for wall based storage or collection display. Just make sure if you're going to add thousands of pounds of weight to your wall that it is adequately reinforced and you're sinking these into the studs. For my basement wall I added several 2x6s to the existing 2x4 16" spread framing of the basement wall and then placed facing sheets of 3/4" plywood, generously anchored at all points.

Excellent auxiliary exercise for the off-season hybrid training. Builds up VO2max while still contributing to hypertrophy. The value of novelty cannot be overstated during off-season hybrid training, especially when it comes to combating burnout and boredom. My kids have fun with it, too. They fight over who gets to ride it next while I pull them through the yard. On a sunny evening when the weather is nice and you just don't want to be stuck in the basement, this thing is a useful tool out in the yard. The chest straps do Cha a bit when you're really grinding and pulling heavy but the push function works just fine.

My buddy showed up to an organized ruck event with this plate carrier and I tried it on. I was not impressed with the padding or the fit. My tactical carrier was the same price but can also function as the real deal and has substantially more pockets including space for side plates. I loaded my vest with AR500 steel plates for the ruck. Why on earth would you waste money buying a vest weight that has big holes in the middle of it when you can buy AR500 plates and get plenty of weight for rucking but also have the added benefit of real world function if and when you ever need them.
