Works ok as an elliptical and worse as a recumbent bike. My wife and son liked using it. Always felt like it would fall apart while I was using it. Sold it off.
I have nothing like this to compare it to. With that said I like the various height and handle adjustments so you can find a good comfortable position. Solid unit.
Tried this bad boy out at Massenomics gym. Most humbling back machine I've ever used. Solid piece feels great through the motion. Too rich for my blood though.
All crumb bumpers are basically the same in my opinion. They work but they're bottom tier bumper plates. Also super thick so you can't load a ton of weight.
Do you like doing cardio that makes you question your life choices? That's what the assault bike feels like in the moment. HIIT on it is brutal but does s great job of getting the work done.
You'll find these plates in 90% of commercial gyms. For the price they're definitely not worth it. Pain to deadlift with them. Not a bad option for machines if you can find them cheap used.
I've bought a handful of these over the years. Kind of a gimmick but it does feel a little better to do pushups and turn your wrist to adjust during the movement.
