Used this bad boy at the LHLE2. Such a solid rack. Significantly more sturdy to bench out of vs a TSS combo.

As far as bars that are left by the curl bar fairy go this is one of them. Aside from the shaft being pretty narrow and the knurl being non existent it's not a terrible cheap curl bar. One of the few I've found with spinning collars. I did sell it though since it wasn't rackable.

What better way to establish dominance in the neighborhood than to show off that with enough qualifiers, you have a record of some sort.

Honestly this thing was pretty good. Don't have it anymore as I forgot to remove it from my garage at my old house. Held me at 260 lbs with no issues. Super easy to assemble and mount. I've considered buying another one.

It's not a concept 2 rower that's for sure. It's not terrible but also barely scratches good. You adjust the resistance by removing it adding water which is lame.

Bought this used so the price wasn't bad for me. That said it's not a bad piece to have for accessory work and minimize your footprint. The resistance rods do make the movements interesting as it is not the same resistance throughout. Would never buy one new.

Great way to make non lifters think you're strong.
