Honestly this might be my most hated pushdown attachment of all time! I wish they would stop making this attachment, the disks at the end always dig into your palm and can catch your wrist when you return it to the top. Get a rope, or just pay up and get a nice v-bar from American barbell or Rogue.

These dumbbells were a gym staple in the late 90s and early 2000s however they suffered from a few annoying issues. The hex screws frequently loosened, requiring manual tightening by spinning them on the floor a few times. Great for its period but I wouldn't recommend them today.

Nothing really stands out with this bar, the sleeve tolerances are sloppy, the bends aren't very good, and the chrome just makes the bar feel slick in the hands.

Probably my cheapest attachment but the most used attachment I have, so it would be my #1 recommendation. After 2 years of use I've noticed some slight tearing in the rope near the center attachment point, its not a big deal but wanted to point it out. There are obviously some higher end ropes, but functionally they're all about the same so I'm not sure its worth paying more (I think I paid around $15 for this).

You can tell every seller just buys them from the same factory because the handles are all the same with only the logo changing out. I give them high marks though due to the fact they're so cheap and relatively high quality. I've had zero issues with any of them and they've held up well, and if you can get them on sale they're a great buy.

The hub on these almost immediately started to chip chrome, and what was exposed underneath is bare steel so it started to rust. The tolerances were a little tight as well so it was also hard to get these on and off the bar. I would recommend the other version with the smaller stainless steel inserts, those are much better.

This is my absolute favorite barbell, its like an updated version of an old school barbell. Its stiff, has dual ring knurl marks with a excellent knurl. Some people don't like bare steel but honestly after 3 years the bar has held up great and only gotten slightly darker. This or the Ohio Power bar would be my recommendation as the best bar for the money.

This was my first barbell, and while its a decent bar there are some downsides about the bar that I didn't pick up initially. First this was supposed to be a basic all around barbell, but someone decided to put only the IWF ring mark on the bar which is for Olympic lifts. Not many people do Oly lifting so not a great idea IMHO... I think they should have included dual ring marks or included the inside IPF ring mark.. The coating isn't so great, you'll see the bar slowly turn kind of brownish after 3-4 years. But its acceptable for a bar in this price range. I would recommend paying a little more and getting the Ohio bar or the Ohio Power bar, its worth the extra money.
