I got this free with the Mammoth belt squat. I was using a DIY D handle prior so this was a great upgrade. The handle itself is small in diameter and in length. It will work, but I would not spend money on this. The knurling is pretty good and it will probably feel as good as the basic commercial gym handles you have used.

These ended up being a bit of a fad that I also jumped on after seeing a GGR on them. They do work and feel alright, but setup is a bit awkward. I'd prefer to just use a D handle, other basic cable attachment, or just not use any attachment and pull. It is a good price for a gift item so if you want to try them out then putting them on a gift list would be fine.

Spotter arms are probably my favorite spotter arms and these work just as well as any others that I have used. The UMHW plastic is quality, but is only on the top of the spotter. You will have metal on metal contact for where the spotter touches the upright. For my use this is not a big deal, but I do know some people care about this. They are not too heavy which makes them easy to set up and move.

Spotter arms may be my favorite safety on a rack, but these are a close second. I can see use cases where these would be preferred. They are a bit “softer” at catching the bar in the event you fail a rep. This will typically be quieter, which can be a plus. In some cases these can be useful for setting up at a slight angle so the bar can catch you if needed, but be out of the way in your typical ROM. The quality of straps on these are solid and I have no concerns on them failing when used within their stated use suggestions.

These are about as basic as you get for j cups. That being said they still have UMHW, but since it is not on the lip, you will get wear on the bar and on the cup itself. Not a big issue in my opinion, but some care about that quite a bit. I have no concerns on the quality of welds or weight capacity. Good chance you will upgrade from these over time, but there is no “need” to.

I am a huge fan of the ingenuity of Dialed Motion. They overall are making great products and the Ibex is for sure one of those. I don’ t see a real need to get 2 of these, so a single with the lat pull down should work well for you. The offset of the lat pull down is noticeable, but you just have to sit to the side of your seat and it will work fine. I use the Pegasus seat and it works great for this. You could also use your bench with some kind of leg roller if you'd like. For the standard cable with the trolley, it is smooth and easy to set up. The ratchet system is one of the smartest additions to the home gym market I have ever seen. It is easy to figure out and helps keep it out of the way when not in use. I am getting more swayed to the Voltra, but if that price point is out of reach, this is a great alternative for getting high quality cables in your gym.

These will put your grip to the test for pull ups. They are a bit uncomfortable and a version that is a bit more ergonomic would make these something I would use more regularly. Not that it is bad that they are shaped this way, but they are uncomfortably difficult, making them something I am less likely to use as my main pull up method. The back rubber padding to secure them to the rack is a really good idea and keeps them locked in to the cross member. For me this was a space I was not using on my rack so they are a good set and forget (and use a couple times per month). I would not buy them, but they were a gift. They are at a good price for this.
