I got the initial larger version of this because it measured up perfectly with both of my functional trainer pulley widths as seen in the accompanying picture. BOS was nice enough to send it to me as an individual piece because it wasn’t available as such at the time. Basic construction, durable and inexpensive and suited my situation perfectly despite me not having BOS equipment.

I have their A-Frame floor standing storage for their attachments and it fits perfectly behind my functional trainer between it and the wall to neatly store the different width and angled pieces. I have a 7 piece set and this compactly stores all of them. Cheap price makes it a good buy to keep things off of floor.

I got this initially to help isolate during bicep curls, and while it accomplished this, it’s not the most comfortable on my triceps with very heavy weight. I’ve seen other versions with some foam padding and perhaps had I purchased some adhesive padding and custom cut to shape and applied it might have been more comfortable. I added a cushioned camera strap piece for my neck where the nylon strap sits, which was an improvement there. But now I use a Preacher Pad and find that’s what I reach for all the time now.

Thin rubber, easy to cut. Custom sized for shelf so perfect got if that’s your application. Mine however, was to use this piece as dumbbell stand shelf liners and cut two pieces exactly to size. Came out perfect. They should include these shelf liners with their shelving (kettlebell, utility and dumbbell shelves). Currently they don’t make dumbbell tray liners.

I imagine these are perfect for the Phoenix rack, but I utilized them differently (thanks to DrTattyWaffles). They replaced one set of my IM bench wheels. Now when pulling bench across my gym and over my deadlift platform, these wheels handle the terrain!

Pricey, but these only take up a single hole, and for me the acetal exterior resists wear (Rogue bumpers and Urethane Equalizer plates). They come in 6” and 12” lengths. I have a set of 6” ones that I mounted on my Powertec Belt Squat.

Tough to beat the value of these - 100lb quickly adjusting dumbbell with all metal components, and having a “drop-proof” warranty for right at the $800 price point. I had the PowerBlocks for many years and wanted to get away from the caged design. I went with Nuobells for 3 years and, although I loved the handle adjustment, I needed more weight and also didn’t want to feel like I needed to baby my dumbbells as much. So I sold those with their stand and the Nuobell Microgainz adder plates for $800 - and now have the MX EVO 100s that go up to 105lbs with the adders. I went with the steel knurled handle option. The grip diameter is the same as a barbell 29mm. In a perfect world I’d like the grip diameter slightly larger, but I like attaching Fat Gripz on occasion to get more forearm stimulus. I didn’t opt for their dumbbell stand even though they mistakenly sent it for free. I decided to make a multifunctional stand that could also permanently hold my multi-flight.

I feel that these are a well needed add-on with this dumbbell only having 10 pound increments. I have both the 1.25lb set as well as the 2.5lb set, allowing for 2.5lb and 5 lb jumps, which offers great value functionally. Also, these let me have a total of 105lbs with my MX EVO 100 DBs. I would have really liked for these to be included in the price though, hence they get docked on the dollar portion of the “value”.
