Too high off of ground, not as sturdy as I would like, and I needed a completely different multi-use piece, so I got the Synergy Delta Dumbbell Storage. I originally included the MX stand with my order, deleted it a week later but they still shipped it to me on accident.

I replaced this with the Force 6 Fitness flat Tricep bar. But the design of these is nice whereby it eliminates your grip (not as much as using cuffs) allows for full pronation of your wrists during tricep work, isolating your tricep nicely.

Thin rubber liner that protects whatever you are placing on kettlebell shelf (Kettlebells or Adjustable Adex Clubs in my case). They are custom cut and finish off the shelf nicely. Personally I think they should include these with the purchase of the shelf, rather than having to spend extra on them.

From the variety of spring clips out there, I liked these the best since they had the black plastic ends, making placement and removal easier. I never really use these any longer since I have a multitude of other collars that I purchased over the years that are so much more secure.

The version that I got from Amazon was the 14” long Body Solid Olympic Sleeve Adapter and I use it to replace the stock Ironmaster 10” one on the IM leg ext/curl attachment. I place a 4” spacer on it and this allows me to load weight a little more forward to increase the weight resistance at the start. Would love if it was metal rather than resin. But it’s proven to be sturdy enough.

Expensive, but a nice alternative to an upright cycle. Being recumbent, it can accommodate older athletes more comfortably. It has plenty of adjustments to make different sized people comfortable . It has a robust build and feature rich monitor.

For a treadmill slightly over 10G I did expect more (not sure what) but this doesn’t feel or have any additional features than a treadmill 1/2 it’s cost. I’m spoiled with my Technogym SkillMill, having additional features of a sled push as well as tether for reverse direction resistance. The monitor and metrics are solid and feature rich to this treadmill.

Multi- station capability, slam ball trampoline, TRX station, landmine, pullup area, Plyo platform, heavy bag hanger, dual stack FT. Weight stack guide rods and pulleys either needed lubrication and adjustment, or they just have inherent friction - not making for smooth function. Good for condo or hotel, big thumbs down for home gym.
