This platform has seen some things since I built it in 2019. I used Alan Thrall's old platform video as a guide. One thing I did differently is I used cheaper plywood for the bottom (you pay more money for a surface with less knots and whatnot, it's not a payment for material quality). Screws with small washers keep the HSM pinned down on the side. Maybe I'll replace the center piece one day and do a logo

I bought it for a comp and I honestly haven't used it much since. It's well made and I'm not going to get rid of it (I'm sure I'll be using it again). Would also like to see a more robust connection, but it's also easy to replace if it breaks.

Another IM staple for the grip wall. Great to have if you want to work your pinching grip and don't have any york milled plates or HSM grippers (or even if you do)

The rolling handle still rolls. Ive had mine for a few years with no issues. Like most IM stuff it's a bit spendy, but it's not crap either. Definitely one of the least "technical" of the grip implements so it's a good way to get into the sport.

A little expensive for a set, but they are a wonderful addition to any grip wall. Great for warming up or for doing actual working sets. Hit the springs occasionally with some 3 in 1 and they'll be rust free for a long time.

I own a few and I'm probably going to buy even more. If you load it and let it sit you can put more than the advertised weight in there. My 176 is loaded to 207 and my 220 bag is loaded to 266. Does overloading negatively impact the bag's lifespan? Probably. I've been using mine a good amount and they're holding up extremely well.

It's a cheap lat pulldown attachment that I got from Amazon. The only thing that I don't like about this is that the knurling is somehow uncomfortable and not grippy at the same time. There are better options out there, but this is cheap and it works fine.

She's a beaut. Well made and sturdy. I also wish that there was some knurling on the handles, but you can always throw some athletic tape on there. Used to have the Titan copy, but upgraded to this a few years back. The welds are an improvement as is the paint that Elite uses.
