I purchased this after selling my Echo bike. The reason I sold the Echo was because I hated HIIT. I don't know why I thought getting this bike would make me hate HIIT any less, but I'm not the smartest guy on the planet. I was impressed with this product compared to the Echo bike. For starters, it is much more comfortable in the seat and the seat isn't as high up, if that makes any sense. Plus, again, this ounds odd, but it is built sturdier than the Echo bike. I really enjoyed having it. The problem was that I still hated HIIT. So I barely used it. The good news is that I bought it for $599 on BF (probably 2023?) and was able to sell it for the same amount of money about a year later when they raised the price to $999. If I were to get a bike for HIIT, this would be my choice, hands down. I do prefer steady state cardio, if I do cardio at all, and then it's going to be the Peloton.

Wide pad is where it’s at homes! The feel of the vinyl and the firmness of the pad is spot on.

This is my current daily driver. I’ve got nothing but pleasant things to say about the bench. Finish, padding, functionality, sturdiness, ability to slightly decline. I’m not a wild man about having specific angles so it all works for me. Premium quality at an affordable price.

I’ve had some iteration of the PR-4000 since 2020 and it replaced the Amazon rack I had started with in 2019 when I started my gym. They’ve made a couple of big improvements over the first rack I bought from them - namely the weight stack on the lat pull down and the Ares and Athena systems they’ve created over the years. I’m very happy with the colorways and the ability to use all four sides of the rack - something not offered by other manufacturers.

I owned these for a few years and they just got ugly to look at. The rubber just lost its luster. Didn’t change the bounce of the plate or anything but I worried that they would eventually start to crack, so sold them off before they got to bad. I live in the desert so maybe that has something to do with it?

Mine are colored. I got them on sale and love them. Same rubber coating as Rogue’s, Likely the same plate but different color finishes.

I’ve got the 2.5s and 5’s and I paid about $2/lb for them. I use them mainly with my Shoulderok. Love them.

I had the old style plates that were painted on and the color used to come off in my hand, especially with the greens, for some odd reason. Blues were fine. I liked having the plates and had the chrome change plates. They were sexy AF. Problem is, I don’t compete, I’m American, and I can’t figure out kilo conversions because I’m a meathead. So I traded them for something more in line with what I use daily.
