I’ve never had one of these break on me and while the Rogue version costs more than others, I’m sure they’re the same exact thing. I use them mostly for warmups and banded bench. Good variety of things you can do with these - so I’ll frequently pack them in my carry on when I have work trips.

Not much to say about these. Train your grip. Research shows that grip strength is closely related to longevity. These train your grip. So they will make you live longer. Science bro.

Not a huge fan of the rubber handles but this is a good angle for landmine rows, or at least a variation a few times a month.

This ticks all the boxes, or at least the bar I have did. I’m not crazy that the barbell is now made overseas and costs $70 more than the MiUSA bar I got 4 years ago. The knurling is super sharp and the quality on my bar is outstanding. Not a lot of spin but you don’t need that for this. I’m a big fan of this bar for pulling movements.

If I didn’t get this used at a good price, I wouldn’t have gotten this. I’m far from an Olympic lifter, but like many, I like to dabble. This barbell is way too good for me and my crappy shoulders. I don’t deserve it but there you have it.

Got these on sale for BF. I don’t really use them for much but took advantage of the price. Not crazy about the product.

No complaints here. Doesn’t get much use but it’s held up well and the cost was minimal.

I got these with the nunchuck grips and they’re good quality, affordable, and hold up well with use.
