I like how these are smaller in size which is perfect for being crash pads for my adjustable dumbbells. I can't address their bounciness since I try to place my dumbbells on them instead of dropping them from height. I find them also useful to raise my rear end off my bench when doing knee extensions with the tib-bar device. Pretty good and a decent price.

Decent piece of kit. I use mine for mobility work and sometimes for stability. I'm working on getting my shoulders back so I can use a squat bar properly. This is helping in that endeavor. Having the Olympic rings mark is a good landmark for me regarding hand placement. Nice to have and it doesn't take up space

Build quality is excellent, knurling is quite nice. I like the length and don't find them too long. The length is quite nice for overhead triceps work and I like being able to move my hand high on the shaft or low by the ball when doing rear delt cross-overs. Variation to me is a good thing. The pair were recently on sale at a very good price and like other REP attachments shipping is included. Good solid value. I could see having a larger handle size as a change of pace but these are fine as is.

They are highly recommended for Golfers' or Tennis elbow but are also useful for bicep in general or at the bicep insertion points to the elbow or shoulder. That's where my pain is and to fix 2x15 pronated and supinated wrist rotations works well. It provides constant tension whereas rotating a hammer or band attached to a handle does not. Works well.

These are convenient and very quick to install. I do a lot of band work just grabbing the band with my hand but sometimes a handle is better. For internal and external rotation work I like to use handles and it only takes a couple of seconds to install this handle and it works well enough.

These are nice, basic, D-Handles. Excellent build quality and the strap material is pretty comfortable if it rubs on your arms. I was in need of a low row attachment to get around my gut and get a decent range of motion. A pair of these, a couple of smaller carabiners, and the BWTG 2-1 cable adapter and Bob's your uncle. Quick, simple, and cost effective. I like the hard rubber grip. Not everything needs volcano knurling (sacrilege I know). These are also very comfortable doing incline bench with chains or kettlebells suspended from short bands. Well done Spud

I think this was the first piece I bought after getting my Shogun Flex resistance units. I use it for stacking Shogun Flex units together (to get 88 lbs) and I also use it at the gym for making a low row attachment with a couple of Spud D handles (wanted wider to improve low row range of motion around my gut). I've bought a few things from Black Widow over the years and the quality is always there and their powder coating is excellent. Clean, simple design that works right.

These carabines are designed for 2" and 2.5" wide bands and they work great for attaching bands without getting bound up. They are also great for attaching cable attachments to a cable stack. The opening doesn't pinch and they're rated to at least 5000 lbs. The only down side is they aren't small. I like them and the price is fair
