The most basic deadlift jack is a 2.5lb plate. Simply place the plate infront of the 45 closest to the collar and roll the weights onto the 2.5. It raises them all off the ground high enough that you can take all the other plates off.

Got a different version of these in a pandemic special from a local business. Mine atleast have a spot to put plates to help stabilize it a bit. Knowing what I know now, these things are so unsafe for squatting or benching. Not to mention you look like a jackass benching in them. They’re currently in storage but I will be using them in the summer for pressing a log outside.

I bought this at the start of the pandy when stuff was still cheap. I used it almost everyday for at home work outs and it has taken a beating. It’s a little louder than some other companies, maybe due to a cheaper casing? Now that it’s kind of fallen out of favour with my training it works real well as a warm up for bag tosses.

It’s kind of over priced for what it is, especially if it comes with the dvd and book. I used it in an apartment and the attachment for using it on a door never failed over a two year period. It has since been replaced by rings now that I have a home gym setup.

It’s a nice set of rings, the large numbers make it easy to ensure both rings are the same length. You might want to take some sand paper to them before you use them just to make sure they’re as smooth of they can be.

Purchased during the pandy for elevated squats and lunges, it worked fine for those exercises. Tried it for calf raises with a barbell and it’s not longer with us. It’s good for that it does, just don’t expected it to support anything more than body weight.

Great for checking band tension or weighting your loading pin. Also an easy way to figure out how much friction you’re getting on your sled by placing it between the rope and the sled. Never leave home without it.

Do you want your lower abs to suffer just as much as the rest? Then look no further than this Ab roller with foot straps. It allows you to do Ab roll outs of the lower abs, which are much harder than they sound. The axle in it will bend if you out too much pressure on it during the roll out, but that might only be for 200lb+ individuals. I think the tubing might be designed to go behind your heel? The straps themselves work fine.
